Guy gave us the wrong lightbulb after we insisted that it was the wrong bulb and after trying to get it installed we confirmed it was the wrong bulb like we knew it was. Whatever. We come back today on Saturday with the intent to either exchange the wrong bulb for the correct bulb or at least buy a new one. Walk in and was greeted by friendly staff and helpful. Asked me year and make and they got my break pads. I also needed other items for my car. I looked on Yelp and saw that this Auto Zone is right in my area. The young woman clerk found the right size for my car, showed me a comparison of quality/price in the selection, and actually went out to my car with me and in about 2 minutes had changed them out. A small thing for most, but some of us don't have resources nearby to help with small things that need attention, but it means alot that my little problem was treated with care and kindness. He gets it all digital so they clearly have a copy of it in their system. Now their system says that they have one store which is the guy told him and showed him on the computer but this older woman comes in and now they don't even have one in the store anymore, so they're telling me their computer system has glitches in it that don't worry about the radiator cam because there's another store only a mile away from Here.
