My battery died on Sunday morning; got a jumpstart and drove straight to Autozone, where they tested and changed my battery in 15 min, and I got on my with my day. Great service from Ed the manager and good amount of batteries in stock. I would go back to them again. read more

Lazy kids working there asked for a oil filter for my motorcycle and he tells I have to bring the part in to "cross reference" like the whole point of me calling is to not waste my time driving there for noting I'm not new to this I worked at AutoZone for years before you can just go to ztask and look up the bike it'll give you a part -# management needs to get their game up and teach them a thing or two read more

They are amazing here. Super friendly and helpful. They helped me with all my dumb questions and my car battery. A+ experience

Worst AutoZone I've ever been to, very incompetent employees they can't even find the right windshield wiper something so simple. They take their sweet time and speak very disrespectful to other customers I would not recommend this place if I can give a negative review I would read more

Went in first thing in the morning. The lady who greeted me redefined what amazing customer service is. As she was working on resupplying some shelves, she greeted me as I walked in. I already had in mind of what I was looking for, but totally forgot the part number for the oil filter. Not only did she give me the number, but she told me she would go get it as well! She brought everything over to the counter and was helpful throughout the entire process. I literally took like 3 steps in and stopped at the register and she did all the work for me. Amazing! Unfortunately, I forgot your name but THANK YOU for taking the time to assist me! read more

This store is complete trash rude employees. I used half a can of the Ultimate Meguire's for the plastic bumper of my vehicle. The product failed to exceed my expectations because it didn't fix my problem so I need to return it and the guy was so rude he refused to return my product. 0% customer service and he was extremely rude his name is Zachary. read more

Ed, Kared, and Alex were very helpful! If you are a girl that doesn't know anything about cars like me, come here!!! They helped me replace my battery at no extra cost! They were very honest and were not pushy on selling me stuff. After replacing my battery, they checked my corolla to make sure everything else worked well! Thank you again for taking care of me and giving me tips on how to maintain my battery! We need more honest people like you guys! Will definitely come again to this location!! read more

AutoZone - Alex changing my battery! Thank you!!! - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Long Beach, California

Andrew was amazing. Naturally when something is wrong with our cars it's a big stress. My car was starting but was hard to start. I wasn't sure what was going I thought it was the spark plus. Anyway I went into autozone and Andrew took care of me.. we took some little machine and tested my car turned out it was my alternator. I bought a new one and went to the shop to get it fixed. That way all I had to pay was the labor for at the shop. So anyway when I went back in to give them my old part, and came back out to my car to re-test everything. I mean he was just sooooo F-ing nice and totally went above and beyond. If I ever as long as I'm in LB have problems with my car, I'm coming to see Andrew. Thanks again Andrew. read more

Once again, the people at the Long Beach Traffic Circle Auto Zone went above and beyond to keep a customer happy. This time had to do with a battery warranty and they took extra steps to make sure the resolution was a good one for me. HIGHLY recommend them for all your automotive needs. read more

Went looking for a Truck Battery at 7:30pm both employees in the store were helpful and very informative. After locating the proper battery and taking it to the counter the gentleman states and the warranty information and also informs me that if I bring the other battery back they would take $18 off the total price of the purchase, I'm like great I'll be right back with it. Then I thought they never told me that at the Anaheim Street location when I purchased another battery about 10 months ago so, I brought that one back also and they took it and refunded me another $18. Now that's great customer service!! Thanks Auto Zone. read more

These guys deserve 10 stars for their service. My car battery died about 5 blocks away so I walked there and the guy told me that we need to test the battery first because once it goes in, no refund. So he drives me to my car, tests the battery (it was dead), drives me back to AutoZone for the new battery, then drives me back a second time and installs the battery for me and my car was up and running again. That's service that you got back in the day and not in this day and age. Super helpful crew. read more

The guys that work here are always helpful and know their stuff! I even bought a battery here once and they removed my old one and put the new one in for me right in the parking lot (and they've done that with windshield wipers too!). This is also where I learned how to replace my cabin air filter - lol - one of the guys that worked here showed me how to do it. I like the personal touch and the SUPER customer service attitude!!! And now you can order online, pay (either online or in the store), and pick up your stuff at the store. In, out, and on my way! read more

I had an issue with my battery the night before. Basically it wouldn't start. I spoke with Melissa and she was incredibly helpful. She tested my battery even though she knew it was the corrosion and battery acid leaking that was blocking my perfectly good battery from connecting. She gave me a 10$ kit that would fix my problem and help prevent anymore corrosion as well as clear instructions to take care of it. Such wonderful customer service! Irma, another employee, was helpful too, as I needed to flush with water but didn't have any and she got me some. Anyways, these two helped turn my stressful situation completely around. I'll definitely be coming back because of them. Thanks! read more

I'm disgusted by the attitudes of the employees working at this location. My Mom (who is disabled) needed her battery replaced, so she called PRIOR to going and asked if they were able to remove the battery for her and was told yes. Initially she was told they needed to charge the battery first to check it before a replacement could be given, she agreed. When she arrived the ever-so-rude manager Irma starts talking crazy telling her "they don't remove batteries and they don't have to replace anything if they don't want". I arrived about 10 minutes after my Mom, so I was confused as to why Autozone wouldn't replace a battery purchased from them, still under warranty and they had to charge twice. After Irma used some machine on the battery, she just walked off into the store WITHOUT saying what was going on. I went inside to ask what is happening and she shouts to me "go back outside, he's coming out (other rude rep) and I wasn't helping you anyway". There were several other customers who witnessed our exchange, and yes I told her she had no right to speak to me that way. I went back outside, then the other guy Ralph comes outside and instantly starts talking wild to me. He stated that "people who are asking for help should be nicer" and when I asked him what did that mean he replied with "the people who work at Target make more than me and he doesn't get paid enough to exchange the battery". At that point I asked him if he would like me to pay him or call my tow service to replace the battery? He replied and said "i don't need you to pay anything, I just need you to BE QUIET". I have NEVER had someone be so NASTY and RUDE when I did NOTHING to him. This was not meant to play victim, but to make sure the correct person read it. read more

I stopped in first thing in the morning on Sunday, October 14, 2018. These guys were set and ready to go and were in a great and friendly mood. Definitely cool when you're stopping in to a store first thing on a Sunday morning. I needed throttlebody cleaner and they were out but they found another brand that could be used for throttlebody cleaner as well and it was listed on the can. They found a solution, got me what I needed, did it at a great price, and with a friendly attitude. A great shop and a great experience. read more

Such a nice staff! Nik helped me get a new battery. Sent me out with tools to start the process myself since he had a line of customers. It wasn't long before he came out to check on me and actually talked me through the pretty simple process. He did all the work. But, I'm a first timer, so I needed to learn. He was kind and patient and very friendly, no wonder why he is the regional training manager. Thank you Nik for helping a girl out and making the process really painless. PS my battery was on sale too, so great prices to boot. So happy! read more

Five stars for amazing service! I walked in late one rainy night because my windshield wipers were falling apart. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. The sales guy came out and measured my wiper, and even installed the new ones for me! Impressive. Thanks Autozone! read more

First Edward was cool until I returned the opened 74 glove box light bulb that I purchased 5 minutes previously from him. I have never been spoken to like a child at a business. Only thing I said was "I'm surprised that you don't do refunds and resell the product because I see taped up products for resale. So how come you won't do the same for me?" After that statement, yeah, he became a prick. I've never been to a business that does not accept their own product back if it doesn't work. Never again will I shop there. read more

This place is a joke. I bought a motorcycle battery 5 months ago and it already failed, so I brought the battery in last night to have them charge the battery to confirm the battery failure. When I got there today the associate told me the battery was dead and the warranty was expired. AFTER 5 MONTHS. Then when I asked for a receipt so that I could have proof of purchase and talk directly with the battery manufacturer/corporate, the lazy manager just said "nope". No interest in resolving the issue, just a blank stare. Walmart - $60 with a 60 day buy back and 18 month warranty Batterysharks - $50 with a 6 month warranty Batteries direct - $70 with a 1 year warranty Autozone - $105 + $10 core and tax. Free with all purchases: No guarantee on their product, an almost useless warranty and terrible customer service. NO THANKS Just another reason why autozones are eventually going to go extinct and why I will continue to buy my parts online at half the price with a product guarantee. read more

Went to recycle 20 gallons of oil and manager Ed said he could only take 5 gallons and was very rude. Wouldn't recommend doing business here anymore. Signs outside don't have maximum amount of oil dumped. read more

I usually love autozone employees because they're extremely helpful, pleasant or at the very least, not downright RUDE. Unfortunately that day has come...I had a terrible experience with an employee named Nick. I purchased synthetic oil just last night and needed to return it because I had purchased the wrong one. He twisted the caps to check if they were open and practically twisted them all open and rejected 2 of them. He was arguing with me, completely indignant and left a terribly sour taste in my mouth. read more

The staff here is really friendly and helpful. I purchased new windshield wipers for my car and was trying to install them outside of the store. Nick has been very friendly and helpful every time I have been to this location. I went in with a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. After testing it we thought it was salvageable but after he kept it on their charger for hours we figured out it was a dead dud. So he helped me pick out a new battery that would fit my budget and even helped me swap it out. When my windshield wipers went array Nick was helpful than too. I feet well taken care of by a knowledgeable and friendly staff when I go into this Autozone. read more

I was impressed how quick and painless my trip was to Auto Zone. Knowing that my car needed a new battery when my car barely started tonight right after work, I headed straight over here as recommended by my friend. I was greeted right away by a friendly staff Victor and helped me with a selection of car batteries. For $149, the battery came with a 5 year warranty, installment and even adding a few pieces to help the connectors last. I was very lucky the place wasn't busy at that time and altogether was done in less than 15 minutes, from purchasing to reinstalling. I was very impressed! I would highly recommend going back and I hope everyone would have the same experience and great service I received. read more
