I am generally not a big fan of the "chain" auto parts stores, but the truth of the matter is that the people that work here were EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The young lady working the counter was quite patient with me while I tried to figure out what it was that I needed, and the prices were quite reasonable - actually less than I expected to pay. I will definitely be heading back there next time I need something car-related. read more

I had a problem with my battery and they offered to charge it free of charge as I purchased it there. When it wasn't charging, Karli hooked it up to a second station to check. Then I was informed by Lynette my battery had died. They were very helpful and nice as they looked up the warranty information for me and got me a replacement. I love this location, the staff is exceptional! read more

I've been waiting for over 10 mins just to get help. I walked over to another area were the people there where not busy and asked for help but the guy said he couldn't leave even tho he had no customers. Every time I come here I get horrible service, go to auto zone read more

Very helpful over the phone and in store. The part I needed was less than 1/3 the cost of the dealership and 1/2 the cost of Pep Boys. I was in and out of the store with almost no waiting. I will definitely come back here 1st next time I need a do it yourself part or supply. read more

Sooo friendly, staff goes out their way to help, even came outside to assist us with our car and offered advice....go here! You will leave with s smile! read more

Ok...so I called and spoke with Nick who said they had wiper blades for my car, but when I got there he had gone home and it turns out they didn't have them. He told me that he would put them aside for me but the peole there were unable to find said wiper blades. BUT in their defense the manager checked for me and they did have them at the store not too far away and proceeded to give me directions, I appreciated that but I'm GPS dependent. Five stars for the save, minus one star for not having what they said they would have. They were nice though. Four stars! read more

This was the worse Auto zone location I have ever been too! Not only were "they"(STORE MANAGER CARLOS) not willing to help they told us that it would take too long to help, so we have to go to another location! Well this is great seeing as our car was out of service.. so as they watched from the window we (My BF and I) tried to figure out how to make it operable once again! I will say I won't be back! It's hard for me to understand how you are hired to provide a service ... and yet don't "feel" like it! THANKS AUTOZONE & CARLOS FOR BEING THE BEST YOU COULD BE! (Insert poop & and middle finger emoji here) read more

Rushed in needing a car battery after a long day at work, a flat tire, low pressure in the spare, and exhauated. You get the vibe I'm throwing off. Anywayyyyy... the manager and Victor were professional, patient, and saw that everything was taken care of. Victor did a thorough job of cleaning the thingy mahiggies that connect tha battery and was super patient while replacing the stubborn wiper blades. Thanks Victor! I've visited a lot of auto zones but this was the best experience. I'll be back and would deffinetly recommend this crew. read more

They have a sign on the door saying "check engine light on? Find the solution!" .....walk inside to find out why my check engine light is on and get a "were the only state to not do that".......why do you have a sign on the door then? read more

After receiving AWFUL customer service from the Wal-Mart Auto Center at the Long Beach Town Center this morning, it was refreshing to run into helpful associates at the Auto Zone. I needed a new battery for my car. While Wal-Mart was overly worried about liability issues (my hood is damaged but fastened with a rope), the associates at AutoZone were more than willing to help install the battery and secure my engine hood. Last time I came to AutoZone I received the same friendly service. If you have to wait for service (like getting your battery recharged), there's Coffee Bean around the corner while you wait. read more

It would've been a one star except for the fact that at least one guy with glasses attempted to help me. One girl just gave me the lost stare and said she has never heard of the product without even attempting to look in their inventory after I stated the brand name. And lastly one guy that was asked a question of his fellow team member totally ignored the dude... read more

Bought a low-beam headlight from here and a week later it stops working. I take my car to the mechanic's because I thought it was a problem with the wiring, but turns out the bulb just went out. I returned to the shop and asked if I can get it replaced and they said that the bulb has no warranty and told me that I had to pay for a new one. Very annoying to have to pay for a product that was faulty from the start and then having them refuse to replace it. read more

i went here to buy oil...there's like 1292 types of oil to pick from...it's kinda fun...the staff was helpful...but only 4 stars becasue they sold me on some engine stuff that i read online will actually damage my car...so i'm taking it back. Other than that...they're cool. read more

I just left AutoZone to get a new headlight bulb. I've change one before myself for another car, figure I can do it again. The instructions were not in the glove department, but once again Bruce (manager?) came to my rescue! Just a couple days ago I went to buy a new windshield wiper and without even asking Bruce offered to change it for me! This time he seen me struggling to replace bulb and offered again. That's what I call customer service! Store although small seems to have everything you need. I'm a customer for life! Bruce has saved me lots of money not having to take car to dealer shop. Thanks Bruce!! read more

I just called to ask what types of glass repair kits they have in the store. The lady who answered the phone said that they had some and to come in to see. I replied that i wanted to know which brands they carried to research the reviews to find the best one to purchase. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutes and I finally gave up and hung up. Either she needs that long to simply find the answer or was busy. I dont understand why an employee simply can't just say "sorry we're very busy right now, can you call back in 10 minutes?" This is customer service 101. Useless calling for information at this location. read more

Came two days ago with an alternator problem... well, more like a dead alternator... the employees and manager on duty were very helpful, came out, ran multiple tests on the electrical system... even brought out the parts and made sure they all fit before charging me for them. Great customer service. thanx! read more

They have many items, but are missing a lot. Most things I need from there have yo be ordered, payed for on advance, and they get the wrong parts too often. The knowledge just isn't there. Some employees are nothing more than cashiers. And the moral is lacking, as each store bad mouths the other. If it's anything technical go to Napa. They are parts people with experience and knowledge to get you the right part. And almost always have parts on hand. NAPA KNOW HOW! read more

For an Autozone, this is my first choice. Laid back, no attitude, and helpful.

Best AutoZone in town. The staff is super nice and very helpful. Ed is amazing because he replaced my battery for free.

Great service. Line was a little long but that is understandable as there was a lot of people in their shopping. Daisy was a great help. Would come here again read more

This place is great. I needed a new battery and Victor did an amazing job. Both employees Victor and Malin were excellent with their service! Will definitely come back if I need too. read more

I wanted to let you guys know that Manuel& Romo at this location were great! They assisted us as soon as we walked in the door, helped us choose the best wipers for my car and advised me that they would be able to install them for me. I'm writing this review not only because these guys were really helpful BUT because i've had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES at Pep-Boys; those guys are JERKS! I've read that some of the employees that work at this AutoZone haven't been as helpful, I guess I just caught a couple of good guys enl read more

My car battery died and I was in need of a new one quick in order to get to class and run errands. I was able to get a jump to drive over there. The staff was super friendly! They are friendly and the manager seems knowledgable but some of the other staff are a little clueless. They tested my coils and the guy seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Plus they sold me the wrong part. Not going back here read more

I have been looking for an air filter for my car and seems every place didn't carry my size or were out of stock. I stopped in and was excited to see they had one. I stood in line and when I was rang up it showed a price over three times what it should have been. The parts manager was my cashier and realized he never cleared the previous transaction. He started over and it rang up again $2 more than the shelf price. I questioned it and he typed in the computer and said no that was the correct price. Thinking I may have looked at the wrong shelf price I paid. But before I left I went and checked and I was correct . I then told him that if he was going to charge more he should change the price on the shelf. He then decided to look and agree he over charged me and refunded the difference. So check your prices and make sure they charge you correctly read more

The ladies who helped me were amazing. They greeted me warmly and helped me immediately. I purchased windshield wiper blades and fluid. The associate went outside to put them on my car for me. The first set didn't work, so she found some that fit. I'm 8 months pregnant and it is 100 degrees outside; she had me wait in the air conditioning while she took care of everything. This is the best customer service that I have ever received! read more

Worst customer service I've ever received. I went in because my check engine light was on. I asked if they had a code scanner. The guy handed it to me and I asked if someone could help as I've never done it before. He told me it was against the law for employees to hook it up. There were other employees who backed him up and just stared at me. I had a customer offer to help me, he even referred me to a great mechanic. Auto zone was my go to place for my car needs.. not anymore. This is the first time I've been denied this help at Auto Zone. The employees at this location are very unkind. I would give negative stars if possible. read more

Just wanted to give a BIG thank you to the staff at AutoZone. Victor Lopez was beyond helpful. I needed to have a bulb replaced on my dad's truck and he took care of it. I was in and out of there, with the new bulb installed in less than 5 minutes!!!!! Thank you again Victor. read more

Ed, the store associate, assisted me during my visit to the store. I went to AutoZone because my brake light wasn't working. He located the correct part and bulb grease and he even installed the bulb for me!!!! He went above and beyond to put the bulb in for me. He needn't have done that, but he genuinely wanted to help and took great care to make sure he did it correctly! He was so kind and helpful. I tried to give him a tip but he refused and wouldn't take the tip even though I tried very hard to give him something. He's genuine, honest, and caring. He's one of a kind and I would definitely return to AutoZone because of Ed!!! read more

Just want to give a shout out to AutoZone @ Traffic Circle. Victor is the bomb.com! Super helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me install the new part. I was very impressed with these guys. I pay particular attention to customer service and they knocked it out of the park at this place. I had to run in for something, they greeted me when I came in, came from behind the counter to find out if I needed help, showed me a few different varieties of what I needed and which one would be the best for me as well as the best price, and then asked me to pay for it inside as the gentleman walked outside and installed it on my truck. By the time I was done paying and came out the door he was done and I was ready to go. Very, very impressive. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Good Job!!! read more

This particular AutoZone has always been spot on. Always knowledgeable, great on returns, great on answering stupid questions, like mine. It seams like this store always has a lot of employees that don't mind asking another employee if they don't know the answer. I am surprised how they usually have the parts I need and if they don't they can usually get them same or next day. They always referred me to a mechanic who I now have been using for years. read more

I am always so impressed with this place. Cory helped me today, and he was sooooo helpful, and really nice. He made me feel welcome, and offered to put my wind shield wipers on. Cory got busy, so Alex came out and put them on for me. He is super sweet too. I wish customer service was and is always like this. read more

Best service ever !!! I stopped by to buy a couple parts on 3-15-2017, the staff was awesome and very helpful, they even came outside a couple times as I was putting on my parts to make sure everything was going ok. Everyone on this shift should get a raise!! Thanks AutoZone! read more

Ed the store Manager doesnt know how to delegate the work had a line of people waiting while he changed someone's battery. Very rude not customer friendly. Changing someone's battery is a courtesy but tending to the people inside is first. He refused to help me and had ne wait 15 min. Then sends his co-worker finally out to help the battery customer.
