Didn't end up ordering it as I went back to Auto Zone to order it since they offered free installation and it is closer to my home. Was a little confused as I initially looked up Pep Boys and they must be owned by the same company. Pep Boys was the auto service side and Advanced is the auto parts store.

So right at 8 am this morning I called the Autozone on Atlantic and South and spoke with Eddie he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave me several in stock options for wiper blades . I came to the store immediately and was helped by a very courteous young lady at the counter to purchase my wiper blades. Then the store Manager Willie Hernandez went above and beyond and installed the windshield wiper blades for me and didn't accept a tip! I was very happy with my experience here at this Autozone location and will always come back here for my auto parts and accessories. My V6 Rav4 takes at least 5-6 quarts of synthetic oil, so oil changes at local, cheap shops ended up being comparable in price as the dealer. My car is almost 18 years old with over 225k miles, and is a testament to the quality and care that has been put into it. I was skeptical to come here at first with the presumption that they would try to find other "issues" to upsell me. However, over the course of several years, I have not found that to be the case. If anything, l've had to bring things to their attention if they didn't notice! What I love most is that they offer a ride to-and-from home when you drop your car off for service. They have their own shuttle driver, but will order you an Uber/Lyft ride if the wait is a while. They used to wash your car after their maintenance service as well, but haven't done that in a while. Instead, they give you a free wash at the drive-through wash next door. Hey, better than nothing! If you prefer to wait there, the lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, vending machines as well as a coffee machine. I will say that they charge an arm and a leg for labor on some things that need to be done, however. In these cases, I would shop around and compare prices on repairs. Nonetheless, their customer service is pretty good. Although they take walk ins, appointments are recommended. An oil change takes a couple of hours with an appointment.

Once we got into the buy-out process, everything was communicated amazingly, and she did everything she could to make sure I left happy (which I did). But they had the audacity to remove or for some reason the oil was gone from my car when I drove for the next week. I just had the oil filled up at my mechanic I have proof of it and even if it was something that happened somewhere else why did your entire department sign off stating that they checked it? So I have records at my oil was filled for some reason it was not at your location or it was taken out I don't know what you guys were doing with it if that was necessary in order to replace the condenser in the compressor. More than likely that's why. And then you didn't even fill it back up again and you never replaced the condenser in the compressor. He simply filled it up with a coolant expected me to drive with it and then bypass the warranty date. Absolutely inexcusable! I called back I got hung up on I got passed around yeah I got told I would be given a call back and nobody called back. I have nothing but easy going about this it's not like I've been visible and even if I were do your job! What a disappointing Manager I certainly hope they get a new one. Across the board.

I went to Napa to have my under warranty battery exchanged and Sam went above and beyond to handle all necessary means to get me back up on the road even tho he didn't have my correct battery he went over the top to have the battery ready at another shop and coordinated what was needed. My friend suggested Tap's and he was extremely trustworthy and reliable. He was able to take me in the day of and took less than 2 hours. He charged me significantly lower than the Honda dealer and lower than a few other places I called to get a starter fixed in my Honda. He was so nice and honest. I will now be a longtime customer. He speaks Khmer & English if anyone needed a Khmer speaking auto repairman.
