I have done customer service my entire adult career. The manager Barry at this location provides customer service second to none. Very compassionate and always looking out for his customers. I did not end up performing the recommended repairs at this location after the diagnosis determined the repair was not in our best interest due to the value of the vehicle and continued problems with the vehicle itself. Our Nissan Juke was the problem not this shop. Thank you Barry for making sure our teenage son received the same top notch service we enjoy at the Greulich Deer Valley location.

As I stare and your card that says in big letters "the team you can trust" I don't feel so great about trusting your store. I came to your store and got an oil change and honestly I wasn't totally due but I needed air put in my tires so I got an oil change and the first words I said to the person that took all my info into your system was that the tires were low and needed air put in them. He assured me that you guys were going to also rotate the them. As soon as I left your store I notice that all the air pressure read exactly the same as before which meant you guys didn't put one bit of air in my tires. That's not cool. I had an appointment I had to make on time so I drove to that appointment that was 45 minutes away from your store. After that - back on the road imagine my surprise when the add air light came on. So now in the down pouring rain I was forced to find somewhere to get air in my tires. When I did find somewhere I started putting air in the front right tire that was reading as dangerously low but as I am doing this my horn starts going off. Having no clue why this would be happening I look at my dash shocker Kevin.. your store, a tire store.. didn't bother to change the sensors to match the tires and I almost blew the tire adding air to the wrong tire due to the sensors not being updated after the rotation!! So I won't be coming back to your store tomorrow or anytime after because your store is not a team that can be trusted. Not to mention charging $481.49 to replace a windshield washer pump you can find online for $21.00, and labor to replace that part flat rates out to be only 30 minutes. Prepare to pay a 200%-300% plus markup. But the poor attitude there, coupled with work not being done properly has me looking for another service provider. Sad but true!

A basic oil change for me is now over $125. Need an extra quart of oil? That'll be another $9, presumably because it was flown in individually from an artisanal oil well. And naturally, the higher price hasn't eliminated the traditional Jiffy Lube gauntlet of add-ons. Filters. Additives. Flushes. Treatments. Every visit feels slightly less like an oil change and slightly more like buying a used car from someone who just discovered your credit score. When I questioned the price increase, the explanation was basically, "Sorry, we're under new ownership." I was also told they now have longer hours. Excellent. There are now even more hours in the day when I can spend $125+ on a basic oil change while repeatedly saying, "No, thank you." Jiffy Lube used to make sense because it was quick, convenient, and reasonably priced. If the new ownership strategy is premium pricing combined with the same relentless upselling, the math no longer works. For $125+, I'll go somewhere that treats the oil change as the service rather than the opening bid.

They were very friendly, very knowledgeable, performed the requested air-conditioning system repair while I waited and did a great job. I added an oil and filter change request and they sourced the special filter and got that done as well. Their pricing is very reasonable. I could not be happier with everything and plan to have all the servicing for my Valley-based vehicles done here from now on. They are now working on my 1991 Corolla as well.

I am very impressed with Braxton's skills. I have used his service three times. First time was to…read morereplace a high beam on my 2013 Chevy Silverado. You Tube videos showed removing the front grill and other pieces including the head light assemble. Braxton looked over the situation and was able to replace the bulb in 30 minutes and not make a big job out of it. After that experience, I asked him to change the spark plugs and do a tune up. That was another great experience. He did it promptly and for a very reasonable price. The third experience with Braxton was when my radiator started leaking. So I called Braxton and he did the job quickly and refilled all the fluids levels. I am very pleased with all he work and will be calling him again.
