Well, here we are 3 weeks later, and power steering fluid is empty. Cooperate told me that they "Closed my case." Well the thing is is that I got my timing belt replaced with the same people like nine months ago and a timing belt last for a long, long time much longer than one year . so I told them my timing belt was fixed here so that shouldn't be broken this early, Would you guys switch it out at no cost ?and they say yeah it's in our warranty for two years so we will switch that out , but and then when they try to find proof of me getting a timing belt, they said that they had no history of my car being there which flat out pissed me off because I remember talking to Will the exact same guy 11 months ago or so and magically he doesn't remember me or my car I get that they have a lot of cars but it totally seemed like they just didn't wanna find proof of me being there so they had to charge me again for the timing belt. so then I pulled up credit card receipt of me paying them for the timing belt , and I sent it to them , magically , then they said oh we found you guys in our system.
