Power steering was still leaking so I brought it back and they said it was a faulty piece of equipment so they would replace it. Now, would you believe me it I told you it was still leaking when I got it back for the 2nd and 3rd time? They had my car for close to 3 weeks and claimed that they fixed it. Well, here we are 3 weeks later, and power steering fluid is empty. Cooperate told me that they "Closed my case." (For the record, Legos always fit together, and as someone raised around cars, I know that excuse is nonsense.) * After I pushed back, they finally admitted there was a fitment issue and reached out to my insurance, who approved the OEM bumper. * Even with approval in hand, the shop called me back and said they wouldn't finish the job because they'd "lose money." So not only did they deliver sloppy work, they admitted the issue, got the solution approved, and then refused to complete the repair. This shop puts profits over customers, cuts corners, and does not stand by their work. Avoid them at all costs.

I ended up buying one of the cars he suggested (a Subaru Outback) and it's served me very well. Also, when I brought the same car into his shop for a 60k mile maintenance tune-up, he said that he saw a tiny leak from one spot on the undercarriage -- something that he definitely didn't think was a big issue yet, but just something for me to keep an eye on. I was impressed by both his attention to detail and his honesty; I have no doubt that many mechanics either wouldn't have noticed the leak in the first place, or would have pressured me to let them fix it on the spot so they could charge me extra, regardless of how "necessary" it might have been at that time.
