Most recently, I brought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush. During the visit, I received both a phone call and a message informing me that my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Since I am capable of doing brake work myself, a friend and I inspected the brakes today before proceeding with any repairs. What we found was concerning. The brake pads still have approximately 75% of their life remaining, and the rotors are in good condition with less than 20,000 miles of wear. There was absolutely no need for either component to be replaced. This experience has caused me to question the accuracy and integrity of the inspections being performed. A few months earlier, I paid Sun Devil Auto to flush the radiator coolant, differential fluid, and transmission fluid. Given the incorrect recommendation regarding my brakes, I am now left wondering whether those services were actually completed as billed. I understand that mistakes can happen, but recommending unnecessary brake work is a serious issue that undermines trust. Customers rely on professional shops to provide honest assessments and accurate service recommendations. Unfortunately, my confidence in this location has been significantly damaged. James C. You never mentioned not having the fluid in stock anyway. I have already taken the truck to the dealer and they said the fluid looked fine. It was actually a bit high still... the said you guys overfilled the trans and that is why it puked the fluid. The root cause ended up being the tune, which isn't something you guys had anything to do with. At the end of the day your version of events is not accurate.

The repair on my car was unacceptable from start to finish…read more * The bumper had obvious fitment issues, chips in the paint, and the color didn't match. * My car sat there for weeks like this, yet no one contacted me or my insurance company about the problem. * When I went to pick up my "completed" repair and pointed out the poor work, the manager tried to tell me bumpers are "like Lego parts and don't always fit right." (For the record, Legos always fit together, and as someone raised around cars, I know that excuse is nonsense.) * After I pushed back, they finally admitted there was a fitment issue and reached out to my insurance, who approved the OEM bumper. * Even with approval in hand, the shop called me back and said they wouldn't finish the job because they'd "lose money." So not only did they deliver sloppy work, they admitted the issue, got the solution approved, and then refused to complete the repair. This shop puts profits over customers, cuts corners, and does not stand by their work. Avoid them at all costs.

I am very impressed with Braxton's skills. I have used his service three times. First time was to…read morereplace a high beam on my 2013 Chevy Silverado. You Tube videos showed removing the front grill and other pieces including the head light assemble. Braxton looked over the situation and was able to replace the bulb in 30 minutes and not make a big job out of it. After that experience, I asked him to change the spark plugs and do a tune up. That was another great experience. He did it promptly and for a very reasonable price. The third experience with Braxton was when my radiator started leaking. So I called Braxton and he did the job quickly and refilled all the fluids levels. I am very pleased with all he work and will be calling him again.
