I really was hoping that this place wasn't like all of the rest. I went in for a simple oil change, and when he finished, the mechanic was telling me all of the URGENT issues that i needed to get fixed... 1st he tried telling me that I needed new brakes... (i LITERALLY had a receipt from 2 months prior for NEW BRAKES) then he tells me i need some tires ( the dots are STILL VISIBLE on the 4 BRAND NEW TIRES) ... the last straw was when he told me that I needed spark plugs... AGAIN, i LITERALLY had to show him the $500+ receipt for NEW spark plugs that THEY ACTUALLY INSTALLED... i really left there feeling like they tried to take advantage of me. read more

Been meaning to leave a review for the business when my cars were serviced by the team here. My wife's Volkswagen needed new break pads and rotors so I brought it to this shop since they were local. They did a free inspection to take a look at the extent of the repair before proving a full diagnosis. Needless to say, they kept everything straight to the point. No upselling, no add ons, just what I requested and provided a quote. In terms of price, you'll be saving a ton of money compared to bringing your car to an actual dealership. I was able to get serviced quickly and got on with my day. After being satisfied with the work the team did here, I brought my Scion in for inspection due to a rattling noise under the hood. I had initially brought it to a dealership for a diagnosis on what the cause may be and they kept it very vague mentioning the transmission and nothing more. Another shop I brought it too was claiming it was engine knock and that it would cost me $3K! After the free inspection they had found the issue being that a part that was holding the transmission up snapped off and within a week or so, they were able to get the part, install it, and fixed it WAY cheaper than what other places quoted. Along with the fact I needed a new starter, my car definitely has much more life in it even at 145K miles. read more

Came around 8 am to get my brakes fixed on my 2012 Honda civic coupe. Whole thing took less than 2 hours, fixed my front brakes, rotos, cleaned everything out & got my oil changed. Whole thing was about 500. My key was so messed up I held it together w/ tape and they called the key guy to help me fix my key lol for only 100 bucks not bad, getting a brand new key woulda been 200. My car feels brand new again. They were very informative and kind. When I asked about my back brakes they said they were fine for now. My mom asked about fixing the a/c on her car and they gave an honest answer telling her to talk to the dealership first cuz it's free there. Love how instead of being money hungry they actually want to HELP u out !!! Will definitely be coming here forever thank you to all the men who helped us out I really appreciate it. I've been here maybe 2-3 times, the first time they delivered with excellence, they did an electrical brake change on my wife's car that was perfect, but then I took my car for a drum brake change and my brakes had an annoying squeak sounds, so I took it back and had them look at it, they said come back tomorrow we're to busy??? Ok fine I came back the next day they took a look at it, notice as I'm standing next to them watching them and they just spray some kind of liquid on my brakes, they said ok should be good to go now, I drive around and the squeak is back, at this point I know they don't know what they're doing, so there went 220$ on squeaky brakes. Closer to 3.5 stars I needed brakes last minute and BAD! I called Tony on Friday and quoted me a good price on my brakes. I took my car there bright and early Saturday morning, I had just gotten off work (graveyard shift) and wasn't in the greatest of moods but Tony was a pleasure. I came back a couple hours later when my car was ready and the price was exactly what he quoted and I also have a lifetime warranty on my brakes. Unfortunately just an hour later I had to return because my brakes were making loud noises and found out there was a defective brake causing it. If it were any other day, I would have been ok, but I was a little annoyed because I had to rearrange my plans for the day. If the mechanic just did a little test drive on my car (which he should have done) I didn't have to return. However they worked on my car right away and we had to wait about 25 minutes, this time he did a test drive! The only other issue I had was after getting my car back I noticed some grease around the ignition and the mechanic didn't put any seat cover on the car. His clothes were pretty dirty and I'm a little bit of a germaphobe. Wish I could give this place 5 stars but having to return after an hour is unacceptable. read more

Update: A bit disappointed that my follow up did not result with more than more issues. They did not take my car for a test drive the first time and maybe they did not need to for simple tire installation? I would say they needed to if my car had new/worse issues than it did before. Their explanation was that my brake pad needed to be machined down and some part of the axle replaced. I am not sure why it became an issue only after I got new tires, but I guess I have to just take their word for it because they do not offer any warranty for their work. I do like how this time they put a paper floor mat this time when they did the check up vs last time and I now have a muddied/oiled/dirtied floor mat. I would consider getting a quote from them for future work, but need to thoroughly check their work and request the paper mats. Original Review: First time I came here for some used tires to put on my car before I sell it. They were nice on the phone but basically just want to get you in the door. I told them my tires but when I got here they only had a size smaller which technically work I guess. I was estimated to be out within an hour and ended up being there for 2, luckily I was not in a rush. All in all they were nice and it was a great price. Didn't try up selling me much and did do a quick look for other issues. The actual issue is that once I took the car out on the road, I could change lanes by taking my hands off the wheel... my car was slightly off before, but this was bad.
