The wires of the tire was not supposed to be out there like that especially on a good looking tire. That it could've been worse if we didn't slow down when we noticed the car driving weirdly.. 1 tire had a huge bubble and popped unknowingly and then after a few days the car started driving weirdly again and smelling of rubber so we looked and seen 3 HUGE bubbles on the inside of the tire. He said the 2nd tire was so bad he never see anything like that and hes surprised how we made it to him for a new tire. We knew it was bad but the way it looked when he took it off looked like it could explode in someone's face any minute. We wasted 80$ for 2 tires from Rodriguez Rims & Tires just for the tires to be defective and deadly..Please go elsewhere they don't give good tires.. He fitted my BMW with a loaner until the cracked rim was welded. After work, the next day, I stopped by and it was ready! I was so impressed by their workmanship, direct answers, work ethics and their transparency within two weeks I returned for all rims to be powder coated black and laser etched. Gerry sent them out but within 2 days they were back on my BMW. WOW! They look better than ever. On July 8, I towed my car off at this shop for an EPS light concern (my steering wheel wouldn't…read moreturn). After having my car for a week, no one called or gave any update regarding my car. July 16, I went up there to see what was going on, they explained to me that they are having a hard time finding the correct part for my car (electric steering pump) however they will call me when they find it. Also, they explained that the only problem with my car is the electric steering pump, after tearing my steering wheel down. Another goes by, no call or any update (July23) , so I call again, they explained that they found a part and will work on the repair Friday July 23. They called me and stated that my car was ready for pickup, I get there, they tell me that my steering wheel will make a click noise every time I turn because my "steering wheel is worn out". Even though, this clicking noise wasn't present before the repair, so how all of a sudden, it's worn out now ??? I paid $1,400 for an EPS repair and front-end alignment, but left with a new clicking noise in my steering wheel that was never there before. The clicking happens every time I turn the wheel, both while parked and driving, and I can feel it through the steering wheel. I felt unsatisfied after leaving because I had a huge concern that maybe something wasn't done right during the reassembly. When I brought the car back, the mechanics were completely dismissive. Instead of inspecting the vehicle or trying to determine why this new issue started immediately after the repair, they simply claimed my steering wheel was "worn out" and needed to be replaced. This was never mentioned during the original diagnosis, despite the steering system being taken apart for the repair. I expected much better customer service after spending $1,400. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, they refused to properly inspect the vehicle and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I now have to seek another repair for my vehicle through someone else all because they lack customer service skills and seem very scamful! How can you not look at paying customer's on a vehicle you worked on !!!????

I approved the extra charge, but when I got my vehicle back, the original issue was still not resolved and my check engine light remained on. They told me they could continue looking into it, but also mentioned that these types of warning signals "sometimes happen," which didn't give me much confidence. On top of that, I noticed my car was returned without proper care there was dirt left in the back seat. At this point, I no longer trust this shop to handle my vehicle. I will be exploring legal options and recommend others proceed with caution when considering their services.

I took the car to the tore shop where they checked the tire to find two holes and the tire filled with fix a flat. These tires are run flat tires with the foam run flat liner. These fix a flat ate the foam liner causing it to delaminate from the tire and ruin it. When I contacted Omar about this he denied it and everything short of told me to kick rocks. Filing a fraud claim with the bank for the charges in the amount of the new tire.
