After picking up the vehicle and driving it, the vibration I had been experiencing was completely gone, so I am very happy with the repair itself. There were some frustrations with communication and pricing. My appointment had previously been changed over the phone but apparently wasn't entered into the system, which required additional calls. I was also initially told the vehicle would be ready the same day, but that timeline wasn't met. I also think the fee structure could be more customer-friendly. There is a 3% shop fee for general administrative/service overhead in addition to a separate 3% credit-card convenience fee. I personally think these costs should be clearer upfront, particularly when you're already paying for the service itself. That said, when the vehicle wasn't completed when originally promised, I asked if they could provide a discount, and they did. Most importantly, they did what I brought the car there to have done. All four wheels were repaired and the vibration is gone. Despite the communication issues and additional fees, I am very satisfied with the quality of the actual wheel repair and appreciated them working with me on the final price.

I was so impressed by their workmanship, direct answers, work ethics and their transparency within two weeks I returned for all rims to be powder coated black and laser etched. July 16, I went up there to see what was going on, they explained to me that they are having a hard time finding the correct part for my car (electric steering pump) however they will call me when they find it. Also, they explained that the only problem with my car is the electric steering pump, after tearing my steering wheel down. Another goes by, no call or any update (July23) , so I call again, they explained that they found a part and will work on the repair Friday July 23. They called me and stated that my car was ready for pickup, I get there, they tell me that my steering wheel will make a click noise every time I turn because my "steering wheel is worn out". Even though, this clicking noise wasn't present before the repair, so how all of a sudden, it's worn out now ??? I paid $1,400 for an EPS repair and front-end alignment, but left with a new clicking noise in my steering wheel that was never there before. The clicking happens every time I turn the wheel, both while parked and driving, and I can feel it through the steering wheel. I felt unsatisfied after leaving because I had a huge concern that maybe something wasn't done right during the reassembly. When I brought the car back, the mechanics were completely dismissive. Instead of inspecting the vehicle or trying to determine why this new issue started immediately after the repair, they simply claimed my steering wheel was "worn out" and needed to be replaced. This was never mentioned during the original diagnosis, despite the steering system being taken apart for the repair. I expected much better customer service after spending $1,400. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, they refused to properly inspect the vehicle and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I now have to seek another repair for my vehicle through someone else all because they lack customer service skills and seem very scamful! These fix a flat ate the foam liner causing it to delaminate from the tire and ruin it. When I contacted Omar about this he denied it and everything short of told me to kick rocks.
