This morning we stopped in at Brad's Place for some breakfast and I have to say that we left with mixed reviews. When we first walked in the waiters were near the door and never said hello. Being new to the restaurant we were unsure if we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. After standing at the door awkwardly for a few minutes we sat down at a table which felt sticky. The menus placed on the table were worn down and dirty, and it took a while to get service. When the waiter made it to our table he took our order but was not personable in the slightest. When he eventually brought out our coffees he left them at the table, but didn't bring any milk or sugar. We eventually had to ask, and when the milk container showed up it was dirty, and parts of it were covered in mold. The silverware and coffee mugs were also really dirty. This was obviously extremely off putting, but when the food finally came it was delicious. We bought a "Belly Buster" meal as well as the sausage gravy meal. Both were delicious, and the pancakes and home fries were great as well. The prices were also phenomenal. In the end, we loved the food but were disgusted with the cleanliness of the store. This is definitely a "greasy spoon". We hope that the next time we go they have cleaned up a bit.

One of two or three places to eat in this town. Brad's place has been in the same locale as long as I can remember and it still looks as it did in the 80's. It's cramped and seating is pretty limited but, they have a regular stream of customers so they must be doing something right. I've eaten here on several occasions over the last three and a half decades. Good food on the cheap. I'd recommend it if you find yourself trapped in Greenfield. I'd also recommend it because there are not many other choices there unless you want breakfast from a chain like McDonald's or Friendly's.

Friendly quick service, simple place, straight forward food. Stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday, can't complain. If you like hot sauce, ask for their selection of local options (they have more than is on the table)

Good food, friendly service, cozy atmosphere. What more do you need in a small town diner?

Fantastic food. Many different options of breakfast dishes and lunch. Very friendly staff. Can't beat the prices anywhere that's for sure.

Great breakfast place - not pretentious and a great value. Family owned so they really care! Always a good breakfast and some laughs.

Great outside seating and the porch area is really unique. Beautiful days just take it to another level. Mother's Day dinner entrees were good. Steak, Niçoise salad and veggie tacos. Honey gochujang wings. Choch pot au crème for dessert. Wines are reasonably priced. Entrees I was most interested in going to other tables was the roast chicken and beans as well as the burger. We had a table by the window in the main dining area and it was think it was certainly the best 4top IMHO. Thank you GT. I was hoping soft shell crabs were on the menu. I'll be watching your FB page.

We started with the charcuterie and several signature cocktails. Wow! We had the lobster roll which was prepared beautifully in a delectable baguette. Our other 3 entrees were excellent too. A gorgeous burger, cooked just the way my grill obsessed husband liked it! The Cuban flatbread was loved as well as the outstanding fried chicken dinner. Anna, our server, was fantastic & very knowledgeable. So lovely! We will be back soon! Thank you James (our chef) for your impeccable attention to details! Highly recommend.
