Super sweet couple that owns this shop. Wife bakes and husband handles the customer service! They also have sample Saturday's so check that out. Try before you buy! I cut out sugar a few years ago so they have baked goods that use a sweetener that doesn't impact blood sugar which is perfect for me. Those are the keto baked good that use BochaSweet as the sweetener. I do feel the sweetness is high but prob bc I use a diff sweetener so I'm use to less sweet but it's definitely a great alternative for those watching their sugar! read more

This is an awesome place even if you dont have dietary restrictions. I follow a Keto diet and have tried many keto/sugar free desserts and these are by far among the best out there. Texture is imported in a flourless dessert and everything I had from Bradley Bake Shop was moist and delicious with out the dry, crumbly, grainy texture of other keto cakes I've had. I had a magic bar w coconut chocolate chips and nuts, chocolate cake, chocolate coconut mounds and lemon bar. The lemon bar was my least favorite. It was a bit too tangy and tart and wet. When you enter the store the husband of the baker is very kind and great to deal with . We bought a few different treats which just heads up very expensive but worth it for keto diets. WOW! I'm so happy I found this bakery. I stopped in yesterday for the first time and decided to get two items to try it out. I'm 3 weeks into Keto and I was so excited to see there was a local bakery with tons of Keto options. I got the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake and a Magic Bar. Holy. Cow. I would have no clue that either item was Keto. The cheesecake was so smooth and creamy. It wasn't overly sweet. The lemon flavor has a nice tartness to it to balance it out. It's honestly one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. The Magic Bar blew my mind. Again wouldn't have any idea it was Keto. The bar holds up so well too even heated up in the microwave. I've found other keto desserts I've ordered tend to be dry and crumbly. This one was decadent. Both desserts had zero hint or aftertaste that I've found to come along with many keto desserts due to the alternate sweeteners. I would eat both even off of Keto. As good as the baked goods were, I have to say they were made even better by the experience I received in the store. The man and woman (who seemed like she was the owner) were both some of the friendliest people I have ever met. You can tell they take so much care and pride in their products. A really good bakery with a ton of variety, it was great to try this place out for the first time! My partner has various allergies and while we do enjoy baking, it was great to find somewhere with options for her. The owners husband (sorry, we didn't catch his name!) was very welcoming and helpful with questions we had regarding allergens (in this case almonds) and overall added to experience. There were plenty of rice flour options, which was great, she had the chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter brownie which were both great. I personally had the chocolate donut and the gingerbread bar, the latter of which I would especially have to recommend, although everything we purchased we would definitely get again. I nearly missed this little jewel. I saw the gluten free, keto on the building. I was curious about their sweetener. They use seeds from a Chinese fruit (I believe). I was so excited to see all of the desserts that I did not hear the ingredients well. I will find out on a return visit. I got the chocolate cake, devils food cake with filling and coconut bar. I was truly surprised that something so sweet and delicious could be keto friendly and no sugar. There was no after taste although it was heavy on the sweet, I like moderate sweetness. But considering the sweetness of most desserts, most people would enjoy the cakes I brought. I was impressed and I will be back to get more of their offerings. The only other bakery that comes close to this type of dessert is in lower Manhattan and these people blow them away. Officially obsessed. I've been Keto for over 2 years now, and I've missed treats. I've made my own in the past, but I've never really been a baker, and baking is just too complicated for me. I had a Keto Magic bar today as a treat for my birthday and it was dense, filling, sweet, but not too sweet, crunchy, and everything I'd want a magic bar to be. The owner is Keto too and so you know she's going to actually take care of us fellow keto-eaters! I currently have two more treats in the fridge for me, and it's really exercising my self control to keep myself from eating them all, but just like a Keto treat should - the magic bar filled me up and i don't feel the need to eat more than the one bar!
