Love this place. Great people and professional service. I brought my Corvette z06 in in pieces and they put Humpty Dumpty back together again. I highly recommend BR Racing.

Bruce, Trevor, and the team have been my exclusive race shop since I got into tracking 2 years ago. They helped me set up my Audi daily driver for safe track days when I was first getting started and deciding if this activity was for me. (we did track tires, front Girodisc rotors, APR Stage 1 ECU tune, race brake fluid and race alignments). And then when I got serious late last year and bought a Porsche Cayman as a dedicated track car they worked with me to put together an upgrade plan timed to my skill progression. Just got the Cayman back after putting on track tires (Yoko AD09s), -2.5 degrees of camber, race brakes, and a Cobb ECU+TCU tune. Here's a pic from running with PCA Golden Gate last weekend at Sonoma with all the mods. Going back to BRR in a couple of weeks to rip out the factory seats and put in Recaros with a 6 point harness. The guys at BRR are always happy to take time to advise & consult on various options, the technical reasons for specific upgrades, and pros/cons of options A, B, C, etc. You will look back on your decision to use BR Racing as one of the pivotal moments in your track career.

I'm in for a set of new tires. Trevor matched the TireRack price. Brendon carefully balanced and mounted them with my new wheels. Recommend!

The staff is honest, friendly, and responsive, and I always leave feeling like my car was genuinely well cared for. I've brought every family vehicle here, mine, my husband's, and my kids', and the experience is always positive. When a tire can be repaired, they do an excellent job and often at no cost. When replacement is needed, they're upfront about tire lifespan and offer helpful, practical recommendations. I never feel pressured or upsold, which is rare and appreciated. LG Tires is a business you can trust. Highly recommend for quality service and peace of mind.

Another update:…read more Again, as I continue to work on different areas of my car, I find parts that Los Gatos Tire & Auto completely screwed up and cost me more money in the future to fix. Time traveling back almost 2 years ago, I drove my car out of the parking lot at this mechanic shortly after getting work done, and there were lights on the dashboard indicating a fault in the stability control and ABS system. I returned the car to them and told the technician how those lights were not on the dash before they did their work. They promptly claimed to have replaced some cables, and returned the car to me with no codes. For the almost 2 years following, these same lights would appear on my dash sporadically, as well as whenever it would rain. I tried diagnosing it many times, and other mechanics told me it was likely just a worn sensor, so I put off the repair to prioritize more important things. As it turns out, upon closer inspection recently, Los Gatos Tire & Auto actually installed a bolt with completely incorrect threads to hold a wheel speed sensor in place, that was not on my car prior to their work. Again, I had never had an issue before they did this, and my wheel speed sensors were all installed correctly from the factory. They literally cross-threaded the hole for the wheel speed sensor bolt, which is part of my steering knuckle and cannot be replaced without buying an entire new knuckle, which with parts and labor would be over $1000. I tried correcting the threads, but they were already completely torn up. While Los Gatos Tire & Auto was at it, they did not even tighten down the sensor as they cross threaded it, allowing water to get in which caused the warning lights, and which also rusted the sensor over time.

I got an email shortly after the inquiry was sent to come in and chat more about my project. From the initial meeting with Inti, at the front sales, my impression of the shop was that they were very trustworthy from their overall knowledge, recommendations and experience. They weren't pushy in trying to sell me things I didn't need as they utilized the understanding of my usage I communicated to them. Inti even pulled out a sample tire from inside the shop up to my truck so I can get a better visual of what my project may look like. I appreciate customer service like this where you don't feel rushed and the rep really spends time to understand what you want. I kept seeing Advanced Trucks on my way through Morgan Hill and I wanted to patronize this independent shop rather than going to a chain 4x4 shop. I'm glad I did as I am thoroughly happy with the final product. Inti kept me in the loop on the progress, checked in when needed, gave me an accurate timeline and delivered within that timeline. The paperless contract was also a nice touch which made everything easy to access and pretty transparent as far as costs were concerned. I definitely will come back to this shop if I ever need anything else in the future. Thanks Inti, Joseph and team for getting me setup right and one step closer to my dream rig!

High-level summary:…read more Customer service (patience, friendliness) - 5/5 Technical knowledge - 5/5 Transparency - 5/5 Review: Given my previous experience with torn bushings at 57,000 miles and consistent premature wear-and-tear on my tires - replaced every 20,000 miles or so, partially due to my lowered car with a staggered wheel arrangement and poor alignment - over the lifetime of my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance, I wanted to take a preemptive approach at 125,000 miles in improving and preserving the functional performance by doing a suspension refresh. After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. I picked up my car today after leaving my car overnight, and am extremely satisfied with my decision and results. Special shoutout to Mike, who I believe is the other co-founder and technician who stayed late just to work on my car to meet my schedule!

I have a Tesla Model Y Performance with Mountain Pass Performance (MPP) comfort coilovers and rear camber arms. I looked all over the South Bay for an alignment shop that knows Teslas well and found the right shop. They will walk you through what you're looking to achieve (in this case for my rear wheels, they recommended less than -1 degree camber for daily driving) vs. the insane -3 degree I had before / good go track, pointless for my everyday highway driver to the office and back. OCD about details like setting tire pressures up correctly, not blindly following shop manuals, and a test drive to make sure all is in spec before delivering back the car. Owner Will is very responsive and being a car guy won't give you the run around but knows his stuff with his technician and co-founder. From setting up race spec Teslas to doing a basic daily driver friendly alignment (what I needed to stop chewing through my rear tires) this shop has you covered. I even got my date wrong and instead of turning me away, got me in at the end of the day as I was already on my way. Pricing was very fair and will take my BMW M3 and Ferrari 360 in the future to the same shop. 5 star experienced can't recommend enough.
