But I was very pleasantly surprised when this offer was exactly as advertised. I got the full synthetic oil change at a better price than I've found anywhere in a couple years! And the staff folks were very nice. My suv was ready in like an hour or so and I spent the time walking to a fun nearby craft store to browse and buy some fun little items. My ride was all set a few minutes after I returned to Goodyear,, and no last minute surprises- The charge was just as promised. And I was given a sincere and friendly farewell. The workers at Wheelworks replaced my tire sensor and did an alignment. For lifetime alignment it was about $200 (the life of my car) and then I also got the tire sensor replaced which was about $180. They also did an inspection which was about $45. I will bring my Toyota back to this location again when I need my tires rotated or aligned or when I need to buy new tires. They worked quickly and I was able to meet my boyfriend for lunch at the nearby Tsing Tao restaurant. I'm not sure how much longer Tsing Tao will be there though if they start construction there.

I know that some people would rather drive to a tire store and wait in line because there is a $90 service fee to have them come to your house. However, to be able to work from home (rather that sitting in a waiting room watching the View) and not worry about it and just deal with them for the short time they're at your house, is worth the money to me and probably many other customers. The first time they came out, in December 2025, I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it in minutes. The second visit was yesterday (for a different car) was necessitated by damage that was unable to be repaired. They told me not to worry and that they could come back with a new tire before lunchtime. They did as they said, changed the tire (including balancing) and adjusted the pressure on all of my other tires as well. I highly recommend this local family-owned business.

After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. I picked up my car today after leaving my car overnight, and am extremely satisfied with my decision and results. Many non-dealer shops really do inflate their jobs, then get you with finding "more" things to fix that are hard to self detect or see, especially with older cars that have lots of mileage. Renson might not be cheap, but call it fair pricing for professional work that gets done right, no hassle. While the car is being evaluated and worked on, they always give timely calls to update me if things come up. I've had our car towed to the shop for unexpected issues and they were able to turn the car around in a day. Like with any car repair, ask a lot of questions, Renson does a good job of honest answering for anything I put to them.

Pulled in with my wife's car with engine light on and need to change oil. They asked for inspection charge to deal with check engine. I asked what if it something simple? They said it still needs inspection and will be charged accordingly. I promptly left. It turned out that Check engine light was on because gas cap wasn't properly secured. A familiar tech scanned it in first two minutes of my arrival. Behavior like this instantly breaks trust. This location never will see any of my cars. Hopefully owner will take a notice of it.
