Always very fairly priced and honest, we wouldn't take our beloved Porsche anywhere else. Took my Cayman there for 40k service. Actually it's the first time to take my car to Indy shop, therefore I was a little bit uncertain and worried. But Ryan delivered such a professional service from the beginning to the end. He detailed all the jobs/parts/processes and came with a reasonable quote. A month after the service, I noticed some squealing sounds from the brakes, so I took it to Ryan again. After the inspection, he told me the thickness of the brake pads are still ok and I can probably wait for another 4-5 months for the brake jobs. Wow, emotional distress? Asking full refund? This is in response to Mr Ryan, now you're making stuff up just to save face from a bad review. I have not interacted with this owner whatsoever. All I wanted was to be fairly compensated instead I get negotiations for refund of additional 400 on top of the 200 credit they gave me. It still doesn't compensate the 1000.00 markup of labor they charged me on oil and filter alone, not included are the parts? Now owner is upset because Bureau of Auto Repair (BAR) is investing this matter. This complaint was made so that other customers don't get victimized by this shop. Although we have a regular Porsche mechanic for the cars we sell, recently we needed to have a car serviced out in the Campbell area. This Porsche supposedly had new crankshaft bearings installed but the vehicle still did not run correctly. Mark and his crew quickly identified that the bearings were of low quality as he was very experienced on the matter. They located the proper bearings and repaired it in a short time. Brought my 996 911 in for an IMS bearing replacement and possible clutch replacement. Quick turnaround, daily communication, and even daily progress photos. My clutch didn't end up needing replacement; Instead they refreshed the pivot components - really appreciated the transparency. I also had installed an aftermarket exhaust prior to bringing my car in, and noticed that I was missing a few bolts. I didn't care to mention anything when I brought the car in as I had intended on just buying the bolts and installing it myself. Initially went to Ryan to get my a new clutch slave/accumulator and spark plugs serviced for my 997 after a PPI done at the dealer stated my clutch slave was leaking. Ryan found zero issues it--no leaks were found. Had the spark plugs replaced and got a new starter as well, no need to touch the clutch system. I brought my Boxster here over the course of three years of ownership. Whenever I had an issue, they helped me and often went above and beyond what they had to do. Whenever I had a question - even if I was going to DIY something, they would answer with great detail. I had a good discussion over the phone on the issues I wanted Sportech to service on my Porsche Cayenne. We chose Sportech on the recommendation from two cousins, Jeff and Richard, who own Porsches and have been going to Sportech for years. Earlier this year, we purchased a pre-owned 2010 Cayenne and took it to Sportech because of a check engine light and an oil change. Ryan quickly diagnosed the check engine issue as a faulty temperature sensor. They changed the oil and we made arrangements to drop off the car a couple days later. We dropped of the car in the morning and it was supposed to ready the next day but they called when it was ready that afternoon. They even stayed a few minutes because we were running late.
