There's a very lengthy voicemail saying to describe your issue and that "your call is important to us" OR you can text the number with the issue as well. I did both and have received nothing back. I had a situation where the valve cartridge needed to be replaced in my shower faucet. I watched enough youtube videos to understand how to do it, but when I tried to do it myself that thing would not budge and I realized I was in over my head. So I reluctantly gave BPS Plumbing a call. Charlie came over and showed me where I went wrong. This guys definitely a genius and man did he earn it today. That cartridge gave him a hard time, but he was able to pull/break that thing out finally, and really thankful for his perseverance. He's a pretty friendly guy too, so even when things got tough he kept his composure. The quotes they give out are significantly better then a lot of competitors. I highly recommend you give BPS a call knowing that you're getting a great price for a great service. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain this myself going forward. I've been looking for a go to Plumber. I think I've found him. My project seemed to be relatively routine. I had a stuck shutoff valve needing replacement and some light re-piping due to install by prior owners of big blue filters. Eloy arrived on time, I was even text of his arrival. He kept me constantly updated and explained the work he was doing. Very easy person to talk to. Actually refreshing and enjoyable. Unfortunately something that would be normally routine turned a little ugly quick. Eloy finished putting in the new shutoff valve and re-piping only for there to be a leak at the base of the of the PVC connecting the shutoff valve. The PVC had snapped off below the concrete! Now I picture most plumbers I've used in the past of telling me they couldn't help me now. Not Eloy. He did warn me this wasn't a good situation but he persevered. He continued to figure out a possible solution and drove to the nearby hardware store to get some supplies. Installs the PVC and shutoff, waits for the pipe to seal, but still leaks. The only option left to cut concrete. With the precision of a surgeon he cuts and chiseled a small hole around the piping only to find a cracked pipe. Eloy was able to fix that pipe and connect the shutoff for the final time. Finally, no leaks and the house had water. He will have to come back to reconnect another pipe for the pool but wow what a day. I could not recommend Eloy enough. He's the entire package when it comes to a business owner, plumber and human being. Update: it's a pleasure to have a plumber who is on time. I also get text updates when Eloy is on his way and when he's arriving. I also had some questions about my backflow prevention device leaking and high psi for the house. Eloy called me and discussed later that same night. He said he'd come by the next day and take a look at the backflow device and he did and he quickly cleaned debris out and got it back working. Talk about great customer service. Not only are you getting a real master plumber but his level of customer service is beyond any plumber I've ever had. read more
