Went to see the guys over at BPG after a botched complete audio install at another company. At first glance, BPG felt like a boutique car audio firm with a customer oriented delivery model. felt welcome right from the get-go. When I arrived at BPG, they were working on a Rolls Royce and Bentley. So when I showed up with my Jeep, I wasn't sure how seriously they would take it. All I can say is that I wish I had gone to BPG first. These guys know what they are talking about. They have the knowledge, experience and products for every type of install. Add to that, it felt like they took my install just as seriously as a 20k job. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and focus on the needs of the customer. Clarence sat in my vehicle and listened to all the issues I had with my current install. We spent an hour or so identifying the potential problems and solutions. We then talked about what products they recommended and also mentioned that they could order a multitude of other brands they might not carry in stock. When I went to pick up my vehicle after BPG was done, I was smiling ear to ear with what they had fixed. Clarence sat with me in the car for another hour to show me what they had done and what options there are for the future. What I appreciated most was how I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door once they were done, but that they wanted to ensure I was happy with what I got and that they were willing to work to achieve my goals in the future. They stand behind what they sell and what they do. Finally, it sounded the way I wanted. It's too bad I hadn't gone to BPG first and avoided all the unnecessary costs with the other company. Vancouver is a tough place for car audio, with not a lot of companies, and almost none that have the experience and attention to quality as these guys. But you live and you learn, however simple or complicated your install - don't make the same mistake I did, go see the guys at BPG. I'm already looking forward to working with these guys on my next vehicle! read more

Thanks BPG! Thank you all to who worked on my Civic. 5 star pretty sums up everything. Recommended by a friend and now I'm recommending it.

As soon as I went in I could see they are high class. Clearance showed me some pictures of some of the cars they worked on. Really expensive stuff, they even have a 35 - 40 thousand dollar job coming up which is insane. He showed some pictures of other LOCAL shops that had done jobs for customers. The same customers coming to BPG and asking them to remove the whole system and installing new ones. Explaining and showing examples of how the bigger/more reputable companies didn't care about the installation. That once they were set and done with the installation and taking the customer's money, they simply didn't care and it was impossible to get an appointment with them for any issues you might have had down the road. Then worst of all he also said how some (Again, LOCAL) shops gave customers a discount in exchange for good reviews which is just disgusting in my opinion. Which is why I'm really glad I went with BPG. Mind you I'm still a student and yet the prices BPG quoted me were perfectly reasonable. Given the fact that their installation and all their parts come with a lifetime warranty. They offer the lifetime warranty because they trust the brands they sell and they care about the installation and make sure its done the right way. By soldering the connections (not just taping) and a bunch of other things. So, by that point I didn't even really look at the price of the install anymore and just wanted to get it over with. As a bonus for black Friday I also got a small discount that helped with the costs. So, I booked the first available weekend appointment which was for 2 weeks after the meeting. It's crazy how busy they are, as they are now booked until the end of January. They are also really active and very willing to answer all my questions through Facebook message and through calling. So, I went in for the installation and it was done on time and it came out to be the exact same price I was quoted, nothing extra. I am a perfectionist and looked through the car after the installation was done, for any possible problems. Absolutely NOTHING wrong, it was very clean and the wiring was unbelievable. I'm also a tech head so I always want the best features so I told them I needed a few more programming features added to my car. They were willing to give me any appointment that I wanted. That's the true meaning of taking care of your customers. So, I went in yesterday on Saturday for the extra features and they listened patiently and executed perfectly. While I was waiting for the features to be added they gave me a Starbucks gift card just for making me wait for the features I wanted added. Which is crazy because I dint even pay for the extra features. I WAS NOT INFLUENCED in anyway by BPG for writing this review. Heck, they didn't even know I was going to write this review. It's the least I could do for all the time they spent helping me and answering my questions (Even staying after hours to make sure I'm good to go) In fact, I started writing this review as soon as I got home from BPG and its been 3 hours of constant writing which is totally worth it. I know it's a long review but its worth reading if you're looking to spend a lot of money on vehicle upgrades and not sure where to go. Even if I can help one person to stop looking around and just go to BPG for the best experience I will have done what's right. All in all, my car is now perfect with all the features I wanted like keyless entry, trunk release and remote start. Everything made possible by the incredible crew over at BPG. I will be going there in the near future for some more work done on my vehicle (window tints, etc...). Will also definitely recommend BPG to my friends. Thanks, BPG. read more
