I'm not sure if we were calling during peak hours or something, but it took several attempts to book an appointment with Eric as my colleagues and I ended up having to leave voicemails (and didn't hear back)... but we kept calling and eventually we all got our appointments scheduled. One of my colleagues lucked out and the cement was easily removed without any damages, while the majority of us found small scratches on the vehicles afterward the cement removal. Unfortunately, the cement on my car had been stuck on so badly that Eric would've damaged the paint deeper than he could polish out if he were to try and scrap it off, so he recommended that I go to a body shop to get the work done. Overall, not the best experience since I still haven't been able to get the damage repaired, but I appreciated Eric's transparency and honesty. If you're looking for somewhere to get detailing done and you're not in a huge hurry to book the appointment, I'd recommend this place.

But then I brought it back in for more sound deadening so my door wouldn't rattle when the bass got boomy, and Peter did some more fine-tuning on the speakers while he was in there and oh WOW, did he dial it in. It sounds fantastic now, exactly what I was looking for, and I am very very happy driving around now.

Their body shop is always without staff and plagued with breakdowns of equipment. They only care about selling their ICBC rebuilds. Completely mismanaged! #FAIL

I was the unfortunate victim of a hit and run while my car was parked on the street. My car is…read morerelatively new so to ensure I was going by the book I spoke to ICBC for approved estimate/repair places, and the dealership where I bought the car to see if they could make any recommendations on factory/warranty approved repairs. Add in the consensus from a few trusted friends and I was pointed here. I was apprehensive (as to be expected when your car is your baby). And let's face it, the less often you need to patronize this type of business, the better. The repair was extremely well done, the car was as good as new and the wash and vacuum and other detailing work in the interior was impeccable. They even detailed the regular fabric floor mats I store in my trunk that I never use. The repair was completed ahead of schedule (they quoted a two week turnaround but it was done in just one). The thank you card and token were a nice touch. I'm only shaving off a star for communication; some constructive feedback I feel should be noted. This location does not have courtesy cars -- they work with Hertz to provide alternative transportation while your car is in the shop. The way the rental was positioned and explained by the agent implied I would be paying for it, or at least gave me the impression taking a rental was discouraged, so my initial response was to say no to a car. I had to go back to ICBC to confirm this rental car would not be paid for out of my own pocket and that repair shops are required to provide you a substitute set of wheels unless you decline. Then I had to loop back in with the shop to ensure I would have a rental reserved for my drop-off day. When I arrived to drop my car off for the repair they still had me down as not needing a rental. That was the only hiccup and again could have just been a miscommunication. Overall, though, a great experience and I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle again (though as I mentioned I hope I never have to!)

Instead, I was sent to Enterprise Rent-A-Car and given a Chevrolet Malibu. This is not remotely comparable to an EQS. If a similar-level vehicle was not available, that should have been communicated upfront so I could make an informed decision.
