It's old place from 1970's. Cool if you want to step back in time. Not a place to take a date or fun night out. Fries were cold, Diet Coke was flat, rice was clumped, chicken was dry and water glass had piece of glass missing. Veg lasagna was good. Paneer/veggie sticks were good. Would I go back, nope. We do order catering (30 people)from restaurant regularly and it's always really good. This was first time in restaurant and very disappointing. The fries should have been served new, not old basket emptied onto my plate. I don't know about The flat Diet Coke. Any chipped cutlery should be tossed. Chicken should be taken from the marinating pan so it doesn't dry out by the time it's going to be cooked. Rice was clamped because it was sitting out for too long, rice clumps when it goes dry. All I needed to do was being shaken in a swift, so it's not all clumped up. They have daily specials where the second dish are the same cuisine is 50% off. Had a great dinner experience at Bozzini's! The place has a cozy, family-style vibe and a diverse menu that covers both comfort food and classic Italian dishes. We started with the Zucchini Sticks and Yam Fries--both perfectly crispy and served with tasty dipping sauces. The zucchini sticks were especially good, not soggy at all. Bozzinis is perhaps a lesser known location in Surrey for eating in, but is definitely a well renowned spot for take out and delivery orders. You'll never have a meal here without seeing someone picking up or taking out at the counter. The atmosphere in Bozzinis is to be desired. It feels somewhat dated and hasn't changed in appearance since I was in my teens, but it definitely has its charm and regulars. The couple seated next to us, as the waitress remarked, is "back again!" and even ordered "the usual bottle of wine!" I ordered the Vegetarian Gyro dinner, including their delicious Greek salad, rice pilaf, roasted lemon potatoes, and tzatziki. The salad is tart, zingy, and delicious, complimented perfectly by the feta. The potatoes are lemony, the rice is pleasant and light, never over cooked, and the gyro was delicious. Obviously it was a cut up vegetarian burger patty stuffed into the hot and toasty gyro wrap, but the flavour and texture were nothing to scoff at! The wait times between ordering and receiving the food was off, as my company got their meal before I did, by a few minutes, and it took a while for them to take our order. They even brought us, to their surprise, another set of water glasses! That said the staff is always friendly, helpful, and gives recommendations if requested. B's mom was in town and we decided to go for dinner at Bozzinis along with B's grandma. I got the roasted lamb. The roasted lamb didn't taste like roasted lamb but more like marinated baked lamb. It was served in a small side bowl on the plate. It also came with rice, greek salad, half potatoe and half pita bread. It was ok. I have had better roasted lamb in the past. The potatoes was as flavorful as I expected it to be. Maybe it needed more lemon or oregano etc. But again because we are in Surrey, there are not a lot of Greek restaurants options. B got the pasta and ribs. B's mom got the lasagna and B's grandma got fettuccini. Everyone liked their food. I think they are ok. Portion size is good. Service is good. The restaurant has free parking. It is interesting that this restaurant serves Indian, Greek and Italian food. The decor is nice. Nice high ceiling and a nice airy feeling. Unfortunately for us , it wasnt a busy night wen we went in but no complaints as food was amazing. I was astonished to see the variety of food on menu. There was not only italian food but delicious indian dishes n greek food as well. Liquor quality n quantity was generously poured in beautifully served glasses. Hot n cold beverages were also part of the menu. We had mushroom cheese skillet with garlic bread( housemade) n falafel wrap that came with salad n rice.( i guess it was called something else) Even though it wasnt required but indian cheese chilly with naan n rice was additional delicacy ordered. All food had the perfection of taste n flavours. The best was the desert. I wish i remembered the name but plz eat it . Its the only gluten free pecan cake. Really bland food. The pizza had very little toppings, flavourless and just not good. Ordered 2, ate half of one. I've never had "bad" pizza before but this was pretty close. The lasagna was flavourless as well and the Caesar salad was just lettuce, croutons and what tasted like Kraft Caesar dressing. With a name like Bozzinis, you think it would be authentic Italian food but it was nowhere near. Needless to say I'll never be back and I'm surprised this place is still open. read more

Placed an order through Uber which was fast efficient and amazing, however the order clearly stated on it in the special instructions that the 7.00 chicken portion that was ordered with my vegetarian pasta was mixed in which poses a problem for a vegetarian I am sharing the meal with. When I had called to bring this to their attention and request a correction or the order as I already waiting 50 minutes, they told me only if I could come pick it up , which I am not from here so isn't possible hence why using a delivery service. nothing could be done which blew my mind , no manager was available either and the note was apparently missed due to them being so busy. extremly aweful experience reguarding handling the situation and now I have to pay for yet another separate meal now for my family. because of this alone I would not go again. read more

Six of us visited this restaurant tonight 27th May 2021. All of us never having been there before. Very disappointed with the drinks menu, two of the ladies could not get their wine in a glass only at $42 a bottle. Plus the prices a little on the high side. The meal we had no complaints with, and the staff was also pleasant. The bill came and, because there was six of us each couple had an extra $10 added on. Plus a 20% tip. Excellent service and food. 2 kids and 2 adults pigged out for a great price! We ordered the tuna salad, calamari with ceasar salad, and beef souvlaki. Kids enjoyed the baked lasagna and fish/chips. They ran out of peach juice so they couldn't serve any belinis, which was a bummer and super disappointing, considering it was my mother in-laws birthday and we wanted to celebrate with some drinks. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, FOUND A CENTIPEDE IN OUR FOOD. We have ordered here multiple times and although the food is always very good and we have never had any issues before, the last time we ordered we found a centipede in our food. When we spoke to the owner on the phone to explain the situation (we provided images as well) he started to say we must have ordered food from another place as well because "this did not look like their rice, their rice is more yellow" he then proceeded to accuse of us lying, even though we had a receipt and he could see on file that we had in fact ordered the Greek platter for 10 which consists of chicken, potatoes, and rice (all pictured in the image attached). We have never had a negative experience here before but because of the way they handled the situation, we will never be a returning customer here. Ordered Chicken Souvlaki (wasn't too bad although potato seemed small) Fettucini pasta (way too thick on the sauce) but the worst part was the lasagna with BBQ chicken breast. The lasagna was mediocre, but the "BBQ chicken breast" that it came with was a bloody joke! It was flat, rubbery..and is not BBQ'd..! they just take an (oven cooked?) breast and lather it with copious amount of BBQ sauce. For $22 alone for that (lasagna and breast) its a complete rip off. The Whalley area doesn't have a lot of great food options around, so I was delighted to find this place. It's seems to be the best kept secret in Surrey. Bozzini's is a greek cuisine restaurant with some italian mixed in for good measure; let's call it Mediterranean. Serving sizes are large and I'm rarely able to tackle the whole plate, although I'm not a big eater. I've eaten there a few times and had their pasta, seafood, and steak. Their pasta sauces are rich and flavorful. The crab legs were fresh and well seasoned. The steak was nothing special, but cooked properly when I asked for medium. The atmosphere is good, but they need to get rid of a few spots where the lighting is a bit harsh. The dining area is sectioned, good for small to medium group if you're looking for work lunch. Pricing is reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. My girlfriend and I shared the dinner special and drinks for $26 including tip and a drink. Each time I've been there the wait staff has been courteous and prompt, also willing to suggest options and happy to customize our order. They're never busy, at least at dinner time. read more

I had them deliver onion rings, lamb curry, chicken wings and deep fried zucchini. Came to $38 which is alright IF the portions of the onion rings and zucchini weren't so small, IF the lamb curry didn't have a bone in it and the naan bread was like cardboard and finally IF the wings didn't taste so old (one wing was inedible as you couldn't tell what part of the wing it was). This place is great. Have eaten here many times. I always have the chicken souvlaki and my partner gets pizza or spaghetti which are also fantastic. Ordered on Christmas Eve and it was NOT good at all! Our Greek food had an Indian taste to it all. The Lamb Souvlaki came as a Roasted Lamb dinner, the rice was not pilaf but basmati with some Indian spices and frozen vegetables shoved in there, the Greek potatoes had skin on them and that is not the Greek way! My Greek salad had only one small cube of tomato and was mostly cucumber and onion. The tzatziki didn't even have any cucumber in it and tasted like a spiced up sour cream/yoghurt. I mean, clearly this place was taken over by Indian people and they are cheaping out on their ingredients, substituting and adding the wrong spices where they don't belong. We used to go here years ago and it was much more tasty, fresh and authentic. Not to mention the lady on the phone wrote down our address backwards and sent the driver to the other side of Surrey. Rude staff! Poor service and very unprofessional. I went in for my lunch break with a business associate. we waited for 1/2 and were ready to leave, I asked the waitress what was happening with the order as it had been about 1/2 hr and so instead if apologizing she goes to her comp to Che's and said its only been 25 min. She then went to the kitchen and didn't come back to tell us what was happening with the order. As we were getting ready to leave our meal came out so we stayed. We went to pay and the waitress told us again to pre order and so did the waitress next to her. The waiters proceeded to tell me to pre order when I come here all the time and never pre order. I didn't feel that she deserved a tip because she told me on three occasions that I should have pre order so I paid without leaving a tip. She called my office after my meal and asked to speak to my manager and she left A nasty message. I didn't leave a tip I was rude and I bashed her down and demanded my food.went all to tell my whole My entire office have boycotted the disgusting service.I will never go back there. Our server was new, didn't know the menu, ignored us for stretches of 20+ minutes, and was actually pretty rude... she didn't even say thank you or goodnight as we paid, tipped (15% despite her crap service) and left. I phoned to place an order for take out, and the lady on the phone was so rude (should have been my first red flag) instead of asking what I would like to order she says "what do you want" so I give her my order and she tells me it would be 30 min when I went to pick up my order 30 minutes later I walked in a couple of waitresses look at me and don't say anything, then after 8 min standing there they send me to the bar to get my order but it wasn't ready had to wait another 15 minutes. I paid while I waited and listened to one of the waitresses getting mad about cleaning tables and when other customers come in she gets mad. Finally my dinner was ready and the lady asked me if I paid 4 times before she gave me my food. Like Really?! I ordered steak and prawns, steak was chewy but the prawns were alright, my husband had a steak and lasagne, his steak was good but lasagne was terrible.
