I would come back here in the future, if I find myself without enough time to wash laundry myself.

But... now it has all come together as such... My clothes were given to another customer. My entire work wardrobe. Over $200 of very specific clothes, such as my carhartt jeans, and my dickies tee shirts. So in total I'm out of 2 pair of carhartt jeans, 6 dickie shirts, 6 tank tops, 6 pair underwear, 6 pair of socks. After 2 days of trying to reach the owner, I finally was able to catch a employee on phone with him and I spoke with him. He blew me off for 2 days till he finally responded to me as to what he is going to do to reimburse me. He clearly stated that nothing like this has ever happened to him, and his employees did not take my clothes, and so he offered me $130 for my loss, and told me that he will not except my business no longer cause my clothes are too expensive. The owner is only in the shop maybe 2 times a day so he has no clue as to any regular customer or what they bring weekly to him. But he figures that since his employees didn't take them and said a customer took them, then he would only kind enough to offer me $130 for my loss of over $230 of clothes that are specifically needed for work. His arrogance is very child like. He has no customer care knowledge, but has plenty of things to otherwise blame besides himself. He has no realistic understanding of the amount, or the importance, nor the unsettling times still to come waiting for delivery of clothes that can only be bought online and how my job and income are affected by this. But he made sure that I heard him say at least 3 times that he don't want my business no longer after this. But I didn't do nothing wrong to be told a punishment . Again... just a child in a man's body but has nor one clue about even his own business. I highly do not recommend this establishment. And this will be posted on every media possible, just so everyone knows not to trust this business .

Dryers are big and heat well. 25¢ for every 5 minutes, (about 30 minutes time dried my loads of clothes). Guy managing the shop was nice, place decent. Had boxes a dryer sheets for a $1. Vending machine for soda and basic snacks in you need. I used 2 of those medium machines and the dryer, so cost me $5.50 and an hour of time to do a basket of clothing. Would come back again.

On Sunday, October 12, around 11:30 AM, I stopped by to drop off some event linens. There was a small line--just two people ahead of me--and an elderly gentleman being assisted at the counter. Donnisa was the team member on duty that morning, and I was immediately impressed by how she handled an unexpected situation. The store's computer system happened to be down, and while most people might get flustered, Donnisa remained calm, courteous, and completely professional. She clearly communicated to everyone what was going on, explained that she was working with both leadership and technical support to get the system back up, and continued serving customers as best she could despite the challenges. At one point, the elderly gentleman became visibly upset and was quite unkind toward her. Still, Donnisa never lost her composure. She responded with patience, kindness, and respect--qualities that truly stood out and deserve to be recognized. It's rare to see someone handle a tough situation with such grace and professionalism. Any Garment Cleaners is lucky to have someone like Donnisa representing their business. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a reminder of what great customer service really looks like. The place was clean, well-organized, and the machines were modern. They even have a little area with a game table to keep you entertained while you wait. Previously I went to a more local shoe repair place, and they refused to do them, saying it was impossible. But for Pro Shoe Repair, it was NOT impossible.
