The place was clean, well-organized, and the machines were modern. They even have a little area with a game table to keep you entertained while you wait. They also have an app that lets you see how many machines are available before you go, pay right from your phone (they take other payment options too), and it even notifies you when your laundry is done. Bonus points for the free Wi-Fi, TVs, Sunday refreshments, and it's BLACK OWNED! I'll definitely be back.

What type of establishment will not allow its customers to use the restroom??? I have my shirts custom made as I am a bigger guy and off the rack does not work for me so they are not cheap. after the first couple of cleanings we started noticing that my buttons were being broken and there were persistent dark oily marks on the back of my collars. We asked for the shirts to be re cleaned and when we went back nothing had changed. I was told it must be because the machine has dirt on it . . aaaa hello, while I may not be captain obvious I could deduce that on my own and why it wasn't cleaned is beyond my comprehension. We decided then to look for a new cleaner and the next week went to pick up the balance of my shirts only to find one of my sleeves had been singed through. . . really, and they actually tried to give it to me that way. I asked to see the owner as I was already dealing with a manager and was told, "Oh he never comes here, you can leave a note but he won't read it" I did leave a note and my number and I stopped back the next week to see if he could be found and to this point I have never heard from him. I write lots of reviews and over the last 5 years maybe 3 have been negative out of probably over a hundred on various sights. . . do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost unless you really could care less about your cloths.

What dry cleaner is closed at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon? Besides Vogue that is. Oh, and don't bother to call because their phone (the number in the phone book and the same one stenciled on their pick up and delivery truck parked on the street outside their store) is NOT IN SERVICE! I will never EVER use this business again and so far as I am able, I will convince everyone I know (and I live in the neighborhood) not to use them either. I suggest you do the same.
