If your looking for a good, dependable dry cleaner, do not look here. We started using Vogue Cleaners because they were close and being new to the area we didn't know of any others. I have my shirts custom made as I am a bigger guy and off the rack does not work for me so they are not cheap. after the first couple of cleanings we started noticing that my buttons were being broken and there were persistent dark oily marks on the back of my collars. We asked for the shirts to be re cleaned and when we went back nothing had changed. I was told it must be because the machine has dirt on it . . aaaa hello, while I may not be captain obvious I could deduce that on my own and why it wasn't cleaned is beyond my comprehension. We decided then to look for a new cleaner and the next week went to pick up the balance of my shirts only to find one of my sleeves had been singed through. . . really, and they actually tried to give it to me that way. I asked to see the owner as I was already dealing with a manager and was told, "Oh he never comes here, you can leave a note but he won't read it" I did leave a note and my number and I stopped back the next week to see if he could be found and to this point I have never heard from him. I write lots of reviews and over the last 5 years maybe 3 have been negative out of probably over a hundred on various sights. . . do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost unless you really could care less about your cloths. read more

Worst drycleaner EVER! Closed on Saturday. Saturday! Although you wouldn't necessarily be aware of this because there are no hours posted on the door and the only way you find out is when you stop in at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon to pick up your tuxedo shirt that you dropped off two days ago and need to wear to a gala event that evening, THE PLACE IS CLOSED. What dry cleaner is closed at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon? Besides Vogue that is. Oh, and don't bother to call because their phone (the number in the phone book and the same one stenciled on their pick up and delivery truck parked on the street outside their store) is NOT IN SERVICE! I will never EVER use this business again and so far as I am able, I will convince everyone I know (and I live in the neighborhood) not to use them either. I suggest you do the same. read more

I recently got my jeans length altered at Vogue Cleaners, and I have to say that the quality is very poor :( The tailor didn't even bother herself to pick the matching thread color, but what's more, she was not able to make a straight line! Also, when I brought my jeans, she was very impolite and kept asking very disrespectful questions like what my nationality was, etc. Thanks for not asking about my religion and who I'm gonna vote for! I never used their dry cleaning service, so, maybe, those guys are good, but I will never come back to their tailor. read more

We have been loyal customers at vogue cleaners for a long time, and have ignored minor damage to our clothing throughout the years because vogue is the most convenient. I hesitate to leave a bad review as I know it can ruin a small business, but their customer service has been so horrible that we just don't know what else to do at this point. They ruined a duvet set from Anthropologie and are doing everything they can to dodge and blatantly ignore us. They had cleaned the duvet before and all was well. However, this past time the duvet cover returned so destroyed that the pattern is unrecognizable. We have been there several times with receipts, duvet set in hand, and even a statement from Anthropologie. Somehow, their manager, Pam, is always unavailable (even when staff assure us she will be in for a particular time frame), and the owner is always traveling. We have been told that we would have better luck trying to get a refund from Anthropologie because the owner is "mean" and "intimidating" and "probably won't help us." We called and left our contact information countless times at this point, to no avail. They are determined not to pay to replace the duvet set that we saved so hard for, and have weaseled out of speaking to us at every turn. We gladly would have continued to give them our business had they treated us fairly or even taken the time to speak to us. What they are doing bad business, shows poor character, and is just plain rude. We have all the documentation we need and, rather than saving up for a new duvet set, have instead saved for a lawyer on principle. I implore you all not to support a business like this. I just picked up my fairly simple wedding dress from being cleaned, and I feel like I completely wasted $35. My wedding was outside, so there were just a few sticks and some grass stuck in the hem of the dress. All of the sticks and grass are still stuck in the hem, which is still dirty. I was going to call, but after the other reviews I read, I'm not going to waste my time. I will never go back, and would not suggest that anyone else use this cleaner, either. read more
