I've been meaning to write this review for some time now, but I couldn't let my experience at Any Garment Cleaners go unrecognized. On Sunday, October 12, around 11:30 AM, I stopped by to drop off some event linens. There was a small line--just two people ahead of me--and an elderly gentleman being assisted at the counter. Donnisa was the team member on duty that morning, and I was immediately impressed by how she handled an unexpected situation. The store's computer system happened to be down, and while most people might get flustered, Donnisa remained calm, courteous, and completely professional. She clearly communicated to everyone what was going on, explained that she was working with both leadership and technical support to get the system back up, and continued serving customers as best she could despite the challenges. At one point, the elderly gentleman became visibly upset and was quite unkind toward her. Still, Donnisa never lost her composure. She responded with patience, kindness, and respect--qualities that truly stood out and deserve to be recognized. It's rare to see someone handle a tough situation with such grace and professionalism. Any Garment Cleaners is lucky to have someone like Donnisa representing their business. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a reminder of what great customer service really looks like. Kudos to you, Donnisa--you're a true professional and an asset to your team! read more

Terrible job and Very poor service. My white clothes that were to be cleaned had all blue stains on them. They did a lousy job and messed up all my silks. Did not want to take ownership or accountability for the sloppy job done. Rude and ruthless staff. Never again. Worst place ever in town for dry cleaning. The new owners are never around to be able to remediate the situation. read more

Very unprofessional. The staff there are not all licensed professionals. I took my work jacket to get a zipper put on and when I picked up jacket it looked as if a child tailored it. strings hanging out and seam not stitched back properly it was a mess. When I showed the cashier she says, what's wrong and seamstress comes over and starts to just cut away at lose strings with an attitude. No apologies were ever given just attitudes. My first and last time. I sent my friend to pick up jacket and it was just sitting in a box and then she rushed to put a plastic bag over it. They will be audited!!!! read more

Bad service took my hoodie there to replace zipper on Sunday they said it will be ready wensday fast forward to wensday they said they order the zipper Tuesday come back Friday.... Friday comes I call in and they said it's not done come in on Saturday so I show up on Saturday 3pm and they say can I come back Monday I said y'all told me to come back today and tailor said they don't have the zipper and I said I thought you ordered it she ignored me and refunded my money.... Bad service people in there has no clue read more

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They ruined my cashmere sweaters, ruined by cashmere coat, and lost part of a sweater set. It took over a year before they gave me $30 in credit. I am through with this fraud of an establishment! read more

So this used to be a great place to get clothes laundered and dry cleaned. Attention to detail has waned and stains are missed unless you point them out. I have to pretreat my white shirts or the collars come back pressed but dirty. Leaving a review because of their losing a dress shirt and not accepting responsibility. First excuse was they needed extra time to work on a stain (it didn't have any). Three days later they couldn't find it. Two days later, I filed a claim for the owner to review. Said they would call me. Never did. Went back and was told the gal was on vacation back Monday. Monday, no one knew what I was talking about. 6 visits and still no shirt. read more

We brought our comforter to be cleaned, it took almost 2 weeks to get back and as soon as we opened it up I could tell it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was a spot of deodorant on the bottom of the comforter and it looks exactly the same as when we brought it in. I was able to scrap some off easily with my nail so this isn't even a stain - it just hasn't been cleaned at all. Waste of $25. They won't be getting any of our business again. read more

I have used this service three times, and this third time will be last. All three times were to clean my suit for work. The first time the result was what any reasonable person would expect - the creases were straight and the suit was clean. The second time I used the "in-by-9, out-by 4" service. My suit pants came back wrinkled, which I didn't notice until I got home. This final time, the pants were more wrinkled than when I brought them in, and the jacket collar was incorrectly pressed so that the backing material behind the collar is visible. The thing that really gets my goat is that I dropped the suit off on August 2, and when I returned from a trip on August 10, I was told that it wasn't ready yet! Apparently their "machine had broken down," and my suit should be ready the next day. That day is today, and the result of what I received is the first sentence of this paragraph. Fool me once.... read more

I have been a loyal client at this location since its onset but I will no longer use their services. My visit today on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 was deplorable. The register associate was rude, arrogant and condescending and unfortunately the quality of work is subpar. It used to be a great deal as far as the cost and i was always happy with the finished product. The owner was frequently on site, exchanging pleasantries and hospitable conversation. But apparently that is a thing of the past. As is my patronage. read more

Lied to me. I bought a jacket in to have sleeves hemmed and was told it be ready Wednesday after 4 pm. Went to pick up Thursday am just to be told wasn't ready due to seamstress had emergency and had to leave town. So I asked for the jacket back to take elsewhere. I needed it for a funeral on Saturday. I was then told that they sent the jacket to a different location and it would be back Friday afternoon after 4 pm. I go back on Friday after 5 pm and was told that it would not be ready til March 36th. This is February 28th. The lady behind the counter, which was the same one there when I had this conversation on Thursday, asked me if I wanted the jacket back. Wait! Why did she go and get the jacket! It was hanging right there! So I was lied to yesterday when I was told that it was sent to a different store. So not only did I not get an apology but she was rude like it did not matter! I am so pissed right now! And now it is too late to get it altered for Saturday! I will never go back there again and will discourage anyone else to either. I can't even give you one star but it's the lesser option. read more

Always friendly service at check-in! The dry cleaning is great and the alternations are quick and efficient. Can't beat the price for consistent quality, either! Highly recommended! read more

I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned last Tuesday-9/14 and it was not ready until today-9/23. It took them about 15 minutes to find it and when I got home and took it out of the bag I can tell it was not cleaned at all. There is a green tinge to it and it smells. I called and the phone just rings and then disconnects. I am beyond disappointed and cannot believe this cost almost $30. Do not waste your time or money here. read more

THE WORST! DO NOT TAKE YOUR SWEATERS! I've had 4 merino wool type sweaters ruined by their services. Holes found throughout. Never said anything after first two times thinking sweaters maybe were old. But when noticed third and fourth sweaters (months later with different dropoff) I returned to discuss. Staff and management too quickly dismissed denying claim saying no way to know they didn't arrive with holes. The plastic and service tags were still on the garments! After 5 visits being told I would receive a call from management, owner, then back to manager after filing a claim and the manager saying to tell me how much their values so he'd get a claim amount, nothing was done. I didn't need the money. I wanted them to offer to repair and take responsibility. Nothing! You should consider this a zero star rating. Shameful business approach acting like I would deliver the sweaters with holes in 4 separate sweaters on 4 separate times. DO NOT TRUST YOUR GARMENTS HERE! read more

So I got married a couple of days ago and dropped off my wife's and I clothing from the wedding and when I came back with my wife I noticed that I didn't get my handkerchief so I was asking them about it and apparently they didn't have my silk handkerchief so I had to come back and they gave me a cotton handkerchief instead so with that I will be going somewhere else read more

I will never use them ever again. Came in pass 9 am so I knew I was not going to get cleaning same day. But was told I would not get it until Monday after 5 pm, when it is Friday ? I explained I had to have them back by Saturday as I need them for business trip Sunday. Girl at the counter agreed she could have them back by Saturday but then explained after talking to boss there would be a rush fee of $5 per garment. Wait I'm confused if I come in tomorrow morning Saturday morning before 9 AM I will get my dry cleaning back same day after 5 PM. But I come in on Friday and now I'm going to be charged a five dollar fee for each garment as a rush order to get them back on Saturday ! NEVER use this place again, sad I have been going there for over ten years. read more

Usually go there from dry cleaning, but their cleaning methods are outdated and extremely poor. Recently, had a lab coat sleeve shortened and came back 4 inches short on both sleeves. The seamstress speaks no English and denied her work twice!! I had proof of the work done with a receipt and again denied her work. Spoke with an employee and said I needed the tiny brown tag attached to the hanger for proof. Poor professional conduct and a lack of respect for the customer. Totally ignorant in their understanding the language and service. Stick with an Italian Taylor if you can find one. read more

Love this place! Fast, effecient, great staff! If you drop off in the morning you can get it after 3 the same day. The quality is not the best, but for the price it's what I expected. Bottom line, you wouldn't walk into a dealership with enough money to afford a Honda, and complains when you didn't get the Porsche. For the price and service, I think they deserve 4 stars. You guys are hard workers!! read more

I've only ever gotten garments dry cleaned here but this is the cheapest I can find in the area and the fastest. Parking can be challenging during lunchtime but there's at least 2 dedicated spots for the cleaners right in front of their storefront. I always get my items back in good condition and did I say how cheap and fast they are? If you bring your items in before 9am they will be ready the same day, and if it's after 9 they will be ready the next day after 4pm with your claim ticket or license. read more

This is a very inexpensive dry cleaners, but great service. They recently raised their price to $2.25 per garment. They are very accommodating. They will prepare your garments with or without starch. They will hang your garments or fold them. You just have to ask. Same day service and open on sundays. In by 10am and done by 4pm. What more can you ask for out of a dry cleaner? My clothes come back cleaned and pressed. read more

Cheap but lacking. My shirts have returned with stains that were not there when I gave it to them. There ironing is not good. Has odd creasing on shirts read more

After I wrote my review on this business, as pissed off as I was, I called the business and actually got to speak with the owner. Why hadn't I gottena call originally when my pants stayed in there an additional 4 days as I waited for his call, which according to one of the young ladies working there said would happen, but the owner was accommodating, offering an explanation of what may have happened, which had never happened with my main cleaners who I've been using for some years, and my clothes are kept immaculately with the exception of the ones that I've placed under this establishment. But, he posted to have his seamstress repair my pants. Once I pick them up this week I'll update this, but I'll be going back to my main cleaners. It's not worth it to save a couple of dollars and have this much damage done to my garments on such a short time frame. That's simply crazy. read more

Love this place , affordable, on time , people very kind , recommended A+, . Is impossible to find better price , (don't expect perfection) , if something need to be fix they alway help you read more

major issues with this cleaner....CAN NOT trust business with dry cleaning and tailoring work!!!!!!! 1) Took my new suit pant to get tailor fix (waist/seat-bring in and pant leg-shorten plain). Complete UTTER inexperience work done. Went back to tell them work done WRONG and refuse to fix (as they claim work is right). Refuse to refund $15 for 1 pant. So end up going to men's wearhouse and paying double to refix their mistake. 2) place ONLY takes cash 3) unprofessional staff read more

Beware of taking nice blazers or knit dresses to them - I now have 4 items that were new and in excellent condition covered in very tiny lint balls - so, if you buy nice clothing items and want them to stay nice - do not use these cleaners - pay a little more to get your items back WITHOUT LINT BALLS :-( Also, just took a new navy jacket out from under the plastic and snags and pick marks galore! I am livid - they have ruined items that were in new condition when they received them. INSPECT YOUR CLOTHING!!! read more

I have been going here for several years. In the last few months the dry cleaning has been horrible. I have shirts that are ruined due to stains. I have to starch and iron my shirts after I pick them up. The white shirts are now looking yellowish. read more

If you care only about price and speed, this place is great - I haven't found a cheaper place around, and if you bring your stuff in by 9, you can pick it up that afternoon. Just don't be surprised when your shirts come back with ironed-in collar bends and wrinkles, multiple ironed-in pant pleat lines, and badly off-center pant pleats. I mean REALLY badly off-center. And a completely bent collar that anyone could see but that they didn't notice. I don't think they do ANY checking for quality at all, and it's obvious from what comes back that they are focused only on getting your clothes turned around as quickly and inexpensively as possible. read more

I know they've been getting a bad rap for their service. I didn't experience any problems. I had a lot of clothes to get cleaned and they all were perfectly clean and didn't have damage.
