Janice not only got me a balcony, with an upgrade for the same price, but arranged airfair, insurance and a extrodinary hotel! From the beginning Amanda has always been responsive to my inquiries, is very patient as I had 20 questions on the different tours and wanted to make sure it was the right one. Recently stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was…read morevery clean. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect as was the temperature of the water after I adjusted it. The walls were thick so I could not hear the occupants next door, which is a common issue I have encountered during stays at other hotels. My only complaint about the room itself was that I discovered a creepy looking spider on the curtains on the very first night - it really freaked me out. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast i had at the restaurant on the first floor. I believe it was called the Bistro. Anyway, I had scrambled eggs, sausages, and sourdough toast. The sausages were particularly good. They were juicy and had a nice sear to them. The front office staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. There was just one thing that fell below my expectations and it came at the end of my stay. When I checked out, they did not give me a hotel receipt. The woman at the front desk told me that the receipt would be emailed to me. Later in the day, I called the hotel since I had not received my receipt. The hotel employee advised me that I would receive it in 24-48 hours. Well, after 48 hours, I still didn't have my receipt so I had to call again to get it. Shouldn't be this complicated to send me a receipt.

I had a room on the third floor with a king bed. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was really comfortable. The sink was outside of the bathroom. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. They gave me a voucher for breakfast at their bistro. I had the eggs-your-way plate and it was delicious! The cheesy scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. The potatoes and bacon were crispy. I loved it! One little negative is that it's located right by the highway so try to ask for a room facing the shopping center, otherwise you will hear the cars. It was really windy at night so I heard the wind more. It's also located in a strip mall and near the airport. There is a good bakery (Perenn at Rancharrah) nearby! EV chargers located behind the hotel.

Price was a bit high for US, but I suppose you're coming here for convenience. Reminder to those in a budget: you can get vaccines internationally at many airports and hospitals (walk in) and pay a cash price that's around 10-30% the US price... the US medical system is kinda a profit machine (vs. public service internationally).

Beware: SUPER Shady business model!! I scheduled appointment with Passport Health for a travel…read moreconsultation. The appointment itself began late due to the provider arriving late. During the visit, I was informed for the first time that recommended vaccines would cost over $400 per vaccine and they do not take insurance...(I should have just gone to Cvs/Walgreens) These prices were not disclosed online, at the time of booking, or prior to the appointment. I declined the vaccines due to the unexpected cost. There was also no indication prior to or during booking that there was a separate $125 consultation fee, nor was I informed that declining vaccines would result in any charge. Passport Health already had my credit card on file due to holding the appointment and stated that I would be charged if I did not proceed with the vaccines. They charged my card a $100 "cancellation fee" for not moving forward with the vaccines. No consultation, guidance, or actionable travel health information was provided during the visit.
