No big deal. On my visits to this location, line was never longer than 3 deep and the wait was not too long at all. So why 3 stars? While the workers I've dealt with have been polite and helpful. However, I encountered a lady in here, just a couple of times, who was unnecessarily rude both times. One of the times, I had an amazon return and I had brought it in the box in which it was sent to me. She waited impatiently while I pulled up the return code on my phone, then after I showed it to her and she scanned it, she proceeded to practically yank the box out of my hand, grabbed the item then tossed the box aside with a loud sigh. The whole encounter left a bad taste in my mouth, but it didn't keep me from returning because other workers were not like her at all.
