I knew this was incorrect. I took my package and left. I later went to UPS where the package was properly weighed and measured coming to $27 and insurance was properly calculated at $3. This place is a scam and I do not recommend going here. Looking at other reviews, it seems that all they do is steal your money.

Fed Ex strikes again. They said that they claimed that they dropped off an Amazon package, but…read morethey didn't. There was no picture as they are supposed to show the package at my door on Amazon's website. Fed Ex hires independant drivers, to save money, instead of hiring dedicated and true Fed Ex employees, and they are ALLOWED a small percentage of non deliveries. Fed Ex really doesn't care if the packages are actually delivered, as long as the packages say delivered in their computer syste as their managers are rated on fullfillment/delivery rates. This is how bonuses, in part, are given to location managers, and us customers are at their HR departments mercy hiring people who don't care or can't read a GPS or Google maps, etc.....

You see, my mom, hate to say it, can be quite snappy and aggressive and has tested other's patience in plenty a business transaction. Tim, however, never raised his voice, never got annoyed, and throughout the conversation calmly and thoroughly explained each item in the report and addressed each and every concern that she had, which unfortunately as I've seen is not a trait everyone has. Will note of course that Tim did an excellent job at the home inspection being very detail oriented throughout. He also took the time to explain everything to me during the inspection. It made me feel better to have someone as knowledgeable and pleasant as Tim to do my inspection and to help put me at ease. Not to beat a dead horse, but want to say again that Tim's patience, calm demeanor, and willingness to accommodate the concerns of others is an invaluable trait and one that every home inspector should have.

I was sitting in LabCorp and when I was called to show my paperwork they wouldn't look at it because it was on my phone. She promptly suggested I go here (2 store fronts down) because copies would be 10 cents. I did and this has made all the difference. Need to mail ANYTHING out? Need copies or something printed out quickly? I highly recommend going here!
