was really craving a Korean corn dog and boy did they deliver. I got the potato with mozzarella and the flammin hot with mozzarella! They were AMAZING and a must try. Korean corn dogs are only offered week days after 3pm and weekends after 11am. There is pleanty of space to sit and enjoy!

The B1 sandwiches are quite pricey. However, I've figured perhaps those are all house-made ingredients, so that costs more than simply purchasing them. The taste is good. Ambiance is super lively. Service was okay.

Highlight: B1 Special Combination ($10.49) My favorite spot to get bánh mì in the states. Crunchy and fresh veggies, perfectly pickled. Great meat to bread ratio. Toasted bread, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Pate nice and savory. Hospitality: Friendly and quick service, received my order about 5 minutes after ordering. Honorable Mention: Sells sugarcane juice and other baked goodies. Good amount of seating indoor and outdoor. Lots of windows bringing in natural lighting.

Man this place was amazing. The inside has suck a positive vibe that I felt so good in so welcoming Large menu Korean corn dogs were the best we have ever had and the banh sandwich so refreshing, light, crisp, and delicious. The service was friendly and quick. Something I thought was so cute was the attention to detail they had. Check out those heart stoppers in our ice coffee. You will leave feeling really good and satisfied. Make aure to stop by soon

The restaurant is pretty unique for Ohio. Has a Vietnamese mixed with 85 degrees feel to it. Baked goods, boba tea, and of course the sandwiches. Chris was very helpful even though I acted like a crybaby about how small the sandwiches were. I was thrown for a loop when I read ten dollars for a Banh Mi sandwich and I knew my complaint was valid. skinny and not that much protein nor veggies. But again the baguette was pretty thin. I see why more protein or veggies wouldn't have been able to fit in the sandwich but still. Very thin.... So I was bummed out. The taste of the food was delicious. Would I come back no. If you do want a healthier alternative and Asian cuisine that's popping up slowly throughout cincy then yet you should definitely give them a try.

Stopped in for lunch today for both sweet and savory treats. This Vietnamese bakery has a lot to choose from so plan to enjoy your meal and your wife's, as you will want to sample the variety. Easy to get to on Tylersville Road and 75, there is plenty of parking, drive through, and indoor/outdoor seating. Our food was excellent, pork pasty for starters with sweet drinks and a delicious shredded pork sandwich with fresh veggies. It's an easy place for a quick coffee and pastry, bubble tea, or lunch to meet up with friends. Give it. Try, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent. One of the best Vietnamese fusion restaurants. A gem of a place. When in Davenport, IA..... go there.

We recently ordered takeout from here. Due to a medical illness, I can't go inside because of germs. I got the Pork Belly Ban Mi and it was really good. The bread is great. The Pork was nicely seasoned. Needed a little more sauce because it was a little dry. I can handle spice, but in the second half of the sandwich there was one bite that just lit me up. They were very thoughtful and packaged the vegetables separately for the to go order so the sandwich wouldn't get soggy. The vegetables were incredibly fresh! Cilantro is so refreshing. The pastries were fresh and great as well. Will be getting again.

Tried this place for the first time. I grew up eating Vietnamese food in Orlando, Florida so was excited to try this unusual bakery. It was very clean & organized. I ordered the "Lunch Box" $13.49 which is 1/2 sandwich, cup of soup & baked pastry. I chose B1. Special Combination Sandwich, French Onion Soup & a chocolate pastry. I also got a slice of pistachio cheesecake $7.35 & a "WhoDey Tea $7.49. The Banh mi sandwich was delicious - 5 stars. The French onion soup was too salty - 2 stars. The chocolate pastry was dry - 2 stars. The pistachio cheesecake was good - 4 stars. The WhoDey tea was overly sweet & more like a dessert rather than a drink - 3 stars. I ordered my food to go & realized when 2 miles away that I hadn't been given my cheesecake. I turned around & went back for the cheesecake. This place is pricey & the service could have been better for the money spent.

I've been going to Paris Bahn Mi so many times in the past couple of years and I've never once had a bad experience! I always get a mango smoothie with rainbow fruit jellies and sometimes get a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. The smoothie is TO DIE FOR!!!! I live thirty minutes away and am willing to drive there just for it! Service is always fast and with great accuracy. They've never gotten an order wrong for my entire family! The entire staff is super nice, courteous, and friendly! I can't speak on ambiance because 99% of the time I go through the drive thru. From what I remember, it's a quant cafe inside that's pretty peaceful. I don't recall it being loud the one time I went inside. Whenever asked about Bahn mi, I always recommend Paris Bahn Mi!

Come for the b0. It's the latest banh mi craze flavor in California here in Ohio. Crispy roasted pork in the warmth of a fresh baguette and all the trimmings you've come to expect in a Vietnamese sandwich. It's worth the drive from downtown Cincinnati. Grab a bubble tea while you're here too. There's some desserts but unlike more Westernized baked goods, the pastries are not super sweet. Just light, spongy and not overly sweet. If you want to try Korean corn dogs which are like a state fair crazy concoction... this is also the spot. Kind of random since it's a Vietnamese bakery but hey, when in the Midwest, availablity is key.

Special Combo Banh Mi

Such a gem! I was craving a sandwich after a day at King's Island and this place hit the spot. We ordered their Special Combination banh mi with all the meats and it was delicious! The bread is perfect and the sandwich was fresh. Also got a Wintermelon Tea with jelly and that was so refreshing!! They have quite a diverse menu - banh mi, pho, pastries, sugarcane drinks, etc. Give it a try!

Excellent service, excellent food! Must visit. We were near the highway wanting a snack and saw this cafe/bakery. They have a bagged snacks area, bagged pastry area, and cold case with cakes and desserts. It's extremely clean and nicely renovated inside. They have a fireplace and tons of indoor and outdoor seating. The service here is excellent - the employees were friendly and the food came out very quickly. We ordered the Special Combination banh mi and the shredded chicken banh mi. Both were served on fresh French bread. We also ordered a cup of the chicken curry, served with sliced baguette. The curry was outrageously flavorful! It has bright vegetables, stewed chicken, and was perfect for an autumn day. We also ordered a Thai tea with boba and it was delicious. They have a large boba tea menu with lots of options, even cheese foam. I will be returning soon to try a croissant sandwich, the tofu banh mi, and an artichoke tea.

We arrived in the later afternoon on a Saturday…read more The store is bright and appears to be well kept. We were immediately greeted upon entry, and pleasantly surprised to find a fair amount of choices left! As we looked over our choices, the employee offered a sample of their donut holes as a first time visitor! The donut holes were nice. Fluffy and nice, not overly sweet. We ordered a glazed persian, glazed crueller and a cotton candy. My daughter didnt care for the cotton candy topping, but no points loss since it is preference issue. It was a little toooo sugary for us. Husband reports French crueller was really good, well made and good flavor. Persian was a bit too sweet for him. I ordered a sugar twist to enjoy later, imagining it to be soft and fluffy like the donut hole. We will be bringing the rest of our kiddos here to check it out in the future!

This was my third stop on the donut trail, and Holtman's stood out as the most modern-looking shop…read more I loved that you could see right into their kitchen--it adds a fun, behind-the-scenes feel to the experience! Their donuts are beautifully made, and I decided to try the doughsant ($4.25). Its shape reminded me of Parlor's version, though I found it not flaky enough, especially at that price point. The location is easy to access, with plenty of parking. It's almost a standalone building, except for one neighboring business. Overall, a nice stop if you're exploring the local donut scene!
