My experience here was just as great as at my visits to the Guilderland one, and the fact that the place was almost full to capacity at a time after breakfast but before lunch tells me others feel the same. For this visit, I got what I guess is now my first-time go-to, the turkey, bacon, avocado, kale sandwich. It was well made, it came out fast, and all the ingredients were plentiful and fresh. The coffee station in the back is another big plus. My sister also frequents this site because of their extensive selection of gluten-free items on the menu. Service was at a high level too, the staff were all helpful and friendly. This might become a place where I regularly meet other local friends in the immediate area.

This is my favorite place to grab a smoothie or smoothie bowl. It's always fun and keeps it interesting to try out their seasonal specials which they have every 2-3 months. This spot is a great quick stop for mornings…read more My wife and I stopped in a few days ago and ordered a smoothie bowl, a bagel, a smoothie, and a matcha. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The matcha was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care -- prepared in a proper bowl and whisked with a bamboo whisk. I asked for a bit of honey, which really pulled the entire experience together. Honestly, I'd give this place a 5/5 based on the matcha alone. The smoothie bowl (I go the one that has banana, peanut butter, honey, and some other toppings) was great overall, though I did have one small complaint: there were a few large chunks of ice mixed in, and I accidentally bit into them. Aside from that, the bowl was flavorful and enjoyable. My wife ordered a smoothie, which was just okay. I didn't particularly care for it, and she unfortunately didn't end up finishing it. The service was excellent. The woman who took our order was very friendly and helpful, and she even recommended the matcha -- which turned out to be a great suggestion. One last note: we had visited this spot about a year ago, and it looks like the interior has completely changed since then. The new layout is bright and welcoming, no longer dark, and features a mostly gray palette with accent plants and furniture that bring everything together nicely. It feels much cozier than before.

To my surprise, both the Energizer and Lunch smoothies were delicious! They had the perfect creamy consistency--not too thick and not watery--and were packed with flavor. I ordered the Energizer in a medium and could really taste the mango, apple, and lime. It was so good that I immediately wished I had ordered a large! They also offer pre-made sandwiches, fruit bowls, and wraps, making it a great grab-and-go lunch option. Since it's a little off the main path, the line was short and service was quick, even during the busy lunch rush. If you're looking for a fresh, healthy lunch option downtown, this spot is definitely worth checking out! Yelp Rating: 4.5/5 Would I return? Absolutely--for a large Energizer next time!

The cashier explained everything they offer and gave me a printed menu to look over before my friend arrived. I couldn't believe how much seating they have. Tons of tables to choose from! When my friend arrived, we ordered the hummus appetizer and she got an iced latte while I decided on the strawberry matcha without added sweetener. For my meal, I got the grilled shrimp pita wrap and my friend got a build your own bowl, which she loaded with chicken and fresh vegetables. My wrap was great and had a nice flavorful sauce in it. I also love the variety of toppings they offer - there's truly something for everyone. The strawberry matcha was great too and I love how good it was without adding sweetener to the strawberry sauce. My friend really enjoyed her latte too. Overall, it was an awesome experience! I've driven by this place for a while and I'm so glad I finally stopped in. I decided to dine in and ordered a strawberry refresher, a pistachio matcha and several soft drinks. Then, a badenjen (eggplant) appetizer that came with naan. A lamb kebab wrap, a Zafire (spicy) burger meal with fries, a chicken kebab bowl as well as a barg kebab (steak) bowl. I especially loved the choices I was given for toppings for the bowls. I was also able to ask for extra on the toppings that I really liked too. Everything that I had, tasted fresh and was made to order. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a tasty quality meal that's well balanced and healthy. I will be back again soon, as this is definitely a place that I would go to regularly.
