And that their policy is they CANNOT remake things and my only option is to call my credit card company. Horrible customer service. They have lost a loyal customer. They're usually around $16, which is a little expensive compared to other places, but it's definitely worth it. I was a little hesitant after my first experience but they were listed in my LI Cafe Passport book I got for Christmas and I want to go to all the spots in that book even if I'm revisiting. I couldn't eat the whole thing ended up throwing it on the ground for the birds to eat. This place also has a hipster vibe, sometimes I can dig it but sometimes I can't. So in my personal experience if the babylon bean and this place had a throw down I would always favor the bean!
