I explained that we are on a fixed income, and I can't afford all of that on a regular basis. so, they basically told me if I don't get the full service on a regular basis they can't schedule my cat anymore. I find this unacceptable. As a general rule, cats don't need baths unless they soil themselves or get into something messy. I have had her belly and underside shaved if she had some mats, that was fine. I am very disappointed with PP and their treatment to a customer who had been coming to them. I think their main concern is making money.

We needed to get our very large dog from the Washington DC to the Norfolk Military Air Base with about 2 days to plan ahead due to a mix up with the military and the transportation for a PCS to Bahrain. The flight was very tight in terms of the need to get the dog to the air base for his international flight, and Jerry really came through for us. Other companies quoted much higher rates or decided that the time frame was too tight and they were not willing to help. Our dog was picked up at the airport and Jerry drove him the entire way. The cost was very reasonable considering how important this transport was to us. The process was very simple and easy and Jerry made sure to request from us all of the necessary documents in order to pick up the dog from the airport.
