On a Monday afternoon the place was extremely busy. Almost every station was filled. They take appointments and walk ins. Pricing is a little higher in comparison to other nail salons, IMO though it's worth it. I got a French dip manicure by Liz and a green tea pedicure by Jenny. Both services were relaxing and the ladies did a great job. I didn't love how I had both done at the same time, however, they asked me before hand if that was OK. Going forward I'll probably try and get them separate so I can enjoy each service on its own. This was my first time getting a dip manicure and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. I was getting no chip manis for 15+ years, but as a mom with a newborn... I need something that's stronger and NOT going to chip or scratch my baby. I made an appointment and showed up on time, and I got seated right away. I waited for about 15-20 minutes before someone started on my nails since the person I signed up for was running behind. They did communicate that with me, but I would've appreciated quicker service, especially since I had an appointment. As for my nails, I loved the color and the service I got. My nail tech was friendly and took her time. That said, my nails started chipping at about a week and a half, which was very disappointing. Now after 2 weeks, they are chipping significantly. I was a walk in appointment, and they told me to come back in 40 minutes. Totally understandable, so I did. When I returned, I checked in and then I sat there waiting for another 10 minutes before another woman walked in and said she also had a 6:00 appointment. The staff then told a client whose nails they were already working on that they couldn't continue her design because the woman who had just arrived had an appointment. After hearing that conversation...and knowing I had already been waiting over 20 minutes myself...I spoke up and said that I also had a 6:00 appointment. The other woman left because she was understandably frustrated, and then the staff proceeded to ignore me. I get it if they are busy, but the fact that there was no communication between any one of their employees or me was ridiculous. I finally asked how much longer they think it would be. They said they were finishing a design. (Even though they were about to stop the design to work on the nails of the woman that came in 10 minutes after me) I asked again, and they told me about 20 more minutes. So I was told to wait 40 minutes before coming back, then waited another 20 minutes after I arrived, only to be told to wait an additional 20 minutes. That's completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful of customers' time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be coming here again.

The salon is clean, they use organic products, and they have a great selection of current brands and colors in both dip and gel. For my set, she actually combined both options, which turned out beautifully. I also love how well my nails grow out between appointments--they continue to look good as they grow. The attention to detail really makes a difference.
