This is a small hotel that is a stone's throw from the Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna. Hotel Giunturna is also located near restaurants, a McDonald's and one of the best gelateria in all of Rome.
Hotel prices in Rome vary by the season, usually lower in winter and August, however, Hotel Giuturna is an excellent price point any time of the year. If you want to stay in the heart of the city center, Hotel Giuturna is one of the best deals around. The hotel is extremely clean, wifi is provided free to guests, the rooms have their own coffee makers, flat panel televisions, towel heater in the bathroom and thermostat for heating and cooling. Yes, the hotel has working air conditioning in each room! Giuturna is extremely clean, offers an all you can eat Italian breakfast consisting in: Fresh croissants, toast, butter and selection of jellies, excellent prosciutto, pastries and excellent espresso and cappuccino. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel provides a 10% discount to all patrons of the Giuturna. Please note: While the food is savory, portions are small and the price is high. I recommend taking a stroll down the block and eating at the second restaurant on the left. Food is superb and the cost of an entree with regards to its portion size, is much more reasonable. Simply put: The second restaurant provides much more food for the money.
The hotel staff is fluent in English, friendly and very helpful. Hotel Giuturna also offers an apartment with a kitchen and sleeping for six. The price of the apartment is negotiable for extended stays.
