Ordered a corsage for my son for homecoming last minute, I told them I would pick it up at the business on sat. That day they called and said the business had moved and they issited on delivery. They delivered it at my house for no charge and the corsage was beautiful. This place has amazing customer service and great and staying in conact with you even if you do things in a rush. Thank you! I can't recommend this place enough! I received a beautiful orchid from Bouquets a couple of years ago as a gift from my in-laws. I didn't know much about orchids or how to care for them, but I followed the instructions that came with the flower and it bloomed every year for me. This spring, I brought the orchid back to Bouquets to see if they could help me re-pot it, as it's roots were becoming exposed and I was afraid of damaging the plant by doing this myself. Not only did they re-pot and clean up my orchid, I got a great lesson in care for the plant and information on how orchids grow and send spikes. I feel so much more well-informed! And when I offered to pay for the re-potting service, they declined. That was so generous of them! This will be my go-to florist for all my future orchid and other floral needs! read more

I just purchased two amazing pieces of Raku Pottery here and Cricket is a helpful and lovely lady. However, I won't be returning to this store after their addition of very distasteful , vulgar and downright hatful cards disparaging America's president. With all the hate in this world, I wouldn't expect it from a flower shop, especially one with this good of a reputation. Like Trump or don't, there is no room in my life to visit a place where they feel it's funny to call our nations leader and chief in command an asshat. That's the nicest card they had. What a wonderful experience! I am in Columbus Ohio and wanted to surprise our son who has just moved to Denver with a bit of Christmas. Cricket was so patient and helpful in making suggestions. I finally decided on a Norway Spruce which then Tom got involved and called to suggest a very cool and rustic planter that looks like a tree trunk, adding to the look of the miniature Christmas tree. It was delivered promptly, complete with little ornaments and a bow. It will be a lasting gift and add to his apartment decor. I appreciate the extraordinary customer service. this is seriously one of the best florist/shops I've seen. Their flowers are fresh, lovely and the staff is o-so helpful. I bought some sunflowers from there that lasted for 2 weeks! I was thrilled. I also just bought a beautiful Jade plant/tree for only $45... for the size and maturity of the plant it was a steal. If you are in a bind with your S.O, this is the place to go. AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND TOTAL RIP-OFF. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I always try to support local businesses so rather than grabbing a bouquet from the grocery store, I thought I would try Bouquets and I completely regret my decision. On my visit to Bouquets yesterday, I was treated as an inconvenience, receiving terrible customer service even though the place was empty and I was the only customer. I asked for a bouquet to bring to a friend's house for inviting me to dinner so I didn't need anything elaborate and the person helping me made me feel bad for not needing something more expensive. He asked me to give him a price range, which I did, and then he completely disregarded it, charging me more than I had told him I wanted to spend for the WIMPIEST bouquet. which was mostly all filler and maybe 3 flowers total. When I mentioned I didn't love it, he brought me out a WIMPIER bouquet and charged me even more. The few flowers that did end up in my bouquet didn't even look super fresh or impressive. Attended a conference and we realized that there was no wreath for a wreath laying ceremony that afternoon! We called four florists and no one would fill our order. Finally called Bouquets and they gladly helped us and made the most beautiful wreath. The staff was friendly and professional. I hate to be the first person to give this florist a poor review, but I had a not so great experience. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like they literally let money walk out the door with me. I had spent time going back and forth via email in regards to my wedding flowers and was eventually pointed to their wedding florist. The individual was nice and made an appt to meet with me in person. When I arrived I waited for 15 minutes for about 3 employees to try and track down the florist I was meeting with only to find out the person had gone home sick without providing notice to me. This wouldn't be such a problem had I not already taken time away from work just to stand around and wait. They were nice enough to meet with me anyway. I spent about 30-45 minutes with a guy who tooted his own horn the whole time and didn't listen to what I wanted because he had his own agenda for my ideas. I left and he said he would put together a proposal very soon and would get back to me. This was on July 31st. It's now a week and half before my wedding and I've heard nothing. Thankfully I didn't wait around and made other arrangements. I didn't feel like I should have to follow up with an organization who failed to make a mistake a right. We're all busy, we all get sick, we all make mistakes, but I feel like if I had pursued this florist further I may have run into further roadblocks which potentially could have ruined my "big" day. I was waiting to be upsold and left completely disappointed. read more

I was blown away at BJ's response to some peonies that were just about goners the day after I received my beautiful bouquet. As they are my absolute favorite flowers, I was very sorry to see the sad shape they were in the day after having received them so I decided to call. There were no questions asked, BJ simply said that flowers depend on so many conditions and that even though they can't control them all, he wanted to re-deliver either a replacement bouquet (the bouquet also contained yellow roses and yellow lilies) or a bouquet of peonies. He even gave me the choice! Last but not least, he thanked me so much for calling and giving him the opportunity to make me happy. He even pulled the order and mentioned how Ms. Jarrett, who had sent the flowers to me, spent good money on the arrangement and surely would have wanted it in better condition! In the end, I have never experienced such a pleasant response. I have shopped at Bouquets for years and will continue to do so. Their arrangements are original and unique-unlike the run of the mill arrangements purchased at competitive flower shops and grocery chains. I just cannot recommend them highly enough. read more
