Staff is always so nice every time I've come and the the food has come out hot and delicious

The pizza is pretty good. We ordered a large pepperoni and some onion rings for pick-up. They made the pizza quickly, and it was ready when I arrived in the time frame that we were told over the phone. My complaint is that the photo below is what $7.19 worth of onion rings look like That's about a dollar per onion ring. read more

I called in my order at 6:04 so I wouldn't have to wait. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 6:20, and I am still waiting. She said it was in the oven. Things have changed since the original owners sold the place. Prices have gone up and portions down (suppose that's a norm these days). We typically get the large loaded cheesesteak sandwich and a side of fries. It used to feed two, and now it still does, but you might need two sides of fries and possibly an extra small sandwich. The pizza is decent, though we prefer the thin crust at Bravos as well as the salad options there. Honestly, we usually go elsewhere unless it's a Monday and nothing else is open (and we don't want to cook). read more

My son recently got his driving permit so we have been out practicing, in places we don't normally go. To we got hungry and decided to order sandwiches to eat in Wendell park. My son and I got steak and cheese and my wife got a BLT. The one mistake was not ordering mayo on the BLT. The sandwiches were full of meat on toasted bread and very filling. My son and I probably could have split an 11. We all really enjoyed our sandwiches and it was a nice change for a Saturday afternoon. Yeah you could go to Dominos and get the same mass produced pie, or you could come here and get a great pizza along with baklava, gyros, subs, and cheese fries! You can order by phone or by Slice online (which specializes in local pizza places) We usually order from here but tonight we got a large pepperoni pizza, a steak sub, and 2 fries. Hit or miss. Food is good for take out but dine in service is not friendly and lacks the basics for decent customer service. There does not seem to be anyone in charge who cares much about the appearance of the wait staff or retaining customers. Went there recently for dine in and we were served with plastic utensils in a plastic wrapper, paper plates, and styrofoam cups, while watching the "staff" goof off in the kitchen and run up and down the hall with their cell phones. We have eaten here many times. We've had pizzas, salads, pastas, sandwiches and gyros. The pizzas are delicious and piled high with toppings. The gyro was really good. The sandwiches are really big and fresh. We have never had a bad meal and the service is great. read more

This location is in a strip plaza, very simple decor. Staff are friendly, service is decent, and the pizza is consistently good. If there busy, be patient, if your looking for fast food, McDonalds is across the street. There hamburger sub is really good, salads are decent, the steak and cheese is great as well. I don't know how this place stays in business? People in Wendell must not know good good. It's all cheap ingredients they use. The pizza is so greasy you can't eat it. The steak they use on the steak and cheese sandwich taste rancid. You can tell everything is frozen and comes from a can. When I was there it was a bunch of high schoolers running the place. Food has always been good here. Tonight is all about the service. Young man that sat us asked for our drink order and never brought anything back. He and 3 other employees were behind the counter just playing around. Waitress finally brought as she was going to take food order. Pizza came before we got any refills and it was 2 slices later by then. And I'm slow eater. We had to go to the counter for our next refill. Staff behind the counter acted like this was a regular thing and no big deal. I tried to ask for a Togo box as she walked by us from taking the order from the booth next to us. She walked by like she didn't see or hear me say anything. Well guess what, I had to AGAIN go to the counter to get a to go box. Just terrible customer service. The table beside us had ordered a salad and got the pizza before the salad. The guy was quite happy and said to cancel the salad. I would of done the same thing. I would of said something to the "manager" but I saw no one that acted like one. This is about the waiting the floor staff in general. They were just playing around and no paying attention to the customers. read more

We order take out every Friday, and an occasional lunch. Our go to takeout place. Friendly staff, good food. Have never in 3 years of faithful Friday orders had anything not been exactly what we wanted, and we have thrown them a curveball or two in "special orders". So I used to come here years ago and the service was AMAZING!! Unfortunately today was not that well! One server working hard as ever!! Two young ladies at register working hard!! There was an awesome gentleman that brought my food to my table!!!But one young lady(Morgan)spent my entire visit sitting down not helping besides after being asked to. She would also go kiss and hug on her boyfriend then get up and prepare our food (COVID).She was not wearing her mask either !!Everyone is short staffed so it's difficult to watch an employee not helping out as they should. The food is decent, however their customer service is not where it should be. The menu said a pepperoni pizza was one thing but it rang up at a higher price. The shift manager said, that the computer sets the price and if I wanted the pizza, that was the price. It wasn't much of a price difference, but I left without a pizza out of principal. read more

Do not come to this place if you only have 30 to 45 minutes for lunch. With only 2 people in the restaurant, it took them 25 minutes to make 2 subs. When you ask what's taking so long, the manager stands over top of you chastising you for not being patient and walks away like you've done something wrong. Food is OK, nothing to write home about, but it's definitely not worth your time or money to put up with a rude staff. Look for another change in staff if they don't get their collectives stuff together. For me, there's many other places in Wendell to go. read more

Moved to the Wendell area recently and we like to find NON chain pizza places. Did a Google search and pulled up Boulevard pizza. Ordered a large pepperoni to go. The pizza was delicious. I mean, really delicious! When I walked in to pick up my pizza I noticed the restaurant was clean, well lit and buzzing with diners, friendly servers and cooks. While I waited, I noticed plates of food going to customers that looked amazing, the Philly cheese steak and fries looked unbelievable(definitely going back for that soon). Management/owner(s) were present and very friendly. Love small town(locally owned??) restaurants and this one is a KEEPER! read more
