Thank you Jesus for this place! As a Jersey girl, not having a good pizza place felt like a small piece of my soul was missing. I've tried other pizza places in the area and they just made me sad. Sad that this is what represented pizza to people. My dad and I stopped into Memo's on our way home from Spring Hope. We ordered a large pie with sausage and mushroom, a white pie and a Memo's Special Calzone (chicken, ricotta cheese, spinach). It was all fresh and delicious. The only complaint was from my mom who wanted some oil on the crust. It is not a greasy pizza at all. So if you're looking for that, I suggest brushing a little olive oil on the crust. I did when I reheated the white pie and it was awesome. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant is quite large and clean. Literally, a 10 minute drive from Bunn if you take the back roads. And they might start delivering to Bunn/Lake Royale if they get enough interest so they can hire another driver. Try it out- you will not be disappointed. read more

Service was good and some of the food options were good. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very bad and it looks like the restaurant itself needs to be cleaned up. Wife got sick after eating there one time, not sure if it was her or the food. read more

I would 100%choose this over a "basic" chain pizza place. The cheese tastes like real cheese. And the sauce HAS to be homemade. I fed my very hungry family at such a great price and still had plenty of leftovers!! Definitely recommend the veggie pizza and the wings. read more

For a small town pizza place it's pretty great. I went there with my family I was visiting in the area. It's probably not the best place for people with gluten allergies seeing as the only options on the menu for you are going to be salads. While the salads are quite large, they use mainly iceberg lettuce, while it is a popular salad lettuce it is not filling or nutritionally valuable. Going along with portion sizes, everything on the menu is huge so don't worry about that. The family who owns the place is quite nice! Our family had quite a laugh with the owner. It's perfectly acceptable for a small town pizza joint. Also there's free wifi. Another small complaint would be there's no music playing...ever? So it can get pretty quiet. Most folks that claim they have New York Pizza are full of S***! This is not the case here. THIS PIZZA IS DELICIOUS! Memo's a nice guy and his employees are as well. I normally order and pickup but its a nice spot to sit down and enjoy a good convo or two over some great food. i definitely recommend this spot. read more

TERRIBLE!!!! I am so disappointed in the service and ownership at Memo's. I ordered for delivery. I was told at the time I placed my order, it would be about 30 minutes and I would meet them at the front gate of the community. After about 30 mins, I called to ask how we would identify each other at the gate. The lady who answered the phone informed me that they call when they are heading out, but she saw my pizza's coming out right then and would give me a call right back. I received a call 30 minutes later saying they would meet me in 15 minutes and told me what vehicle they would be driving. 30 minutes later, they finally met me at the front gate with my pizza. Remember, my pizza was coming out of the oven when I called the lady after the first 30 minutes. It took an hour and a half after ordering to receive my order. There were no apologies. She basically handed the pizza off and left. I called to speak with the manager about the poor service. He seemed very unconcerned. He said it's Friday night, everyone is pizza. He asked if I wanted an apology since I told him there was no apology when the pizza was delivered. I told him an apology would have been nice. He said, well I'm sorry, but it's Friday and everyone's busy... I will make it up to you next time. At this point, I was angry. It seemed he did not care. I asked how he was going to make it up next time because now I'm ready to give a bad review. He said I'll take 20 % off and rushed me off the phone. I will not be ordering again. The 20 % is not worth the terrible service. Also, the pizza was not great and it was cold. read more

This area is so deprived of restaurants especially pizza. I was thrilled to see this place was opening up. Since being opened I have eaten in person on multiple occasions and gotten take out at least a dozen times. Their pizza, strombolis and wings are very good. I really hope they stay in business and I know I'm doing my part and voting with my wallet. The workers are very pleasant, the prices are decent and the selection is good. read more

We were passing through this little town today. Stopped at Memos pizza for lunch. The food was good with extremely generous portions, tasty and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous and attentive. It was easy to see that the other customers were locals but we were treated as if we were also. The owner asked if our food was good and if we were satisfied with our visit. I doubt that we will pass through the town again but would recommend it to anyone going that way. read more
