Same with the cook...he was solo, so it seemed like a lot to manage, but the food turnaround time was good. I ordered a specialty cocktail that was really good...lemon pepper chicken wings that were DELICIOUS...a smash burger and fries (burger was only so-so, but thy fries were good!)...and finished with fried oreos served with melted chocolate for dessert that were absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS. I highly recommend Falls Local for their prime location, great service, delicious menu offerings, and overall great vibe. Can't wait to go back!

The restaurant was located at the end of a strip mall. The interior is really clean and posh. We were seated quickly and our server got us situated right away. We ended up trying out the garlic knots and the margarita pizza. The knots were AMAZING. Some of the best I've ever had. The pizza crust was lovely and the pizza was HUGE. One slice and two knots had me full. I enjoyed the fresh ricotta on the pizza (my boys were not big fans, so we got some plain cheese for them instead). The only potential ding was once we were sat, the service from there was really slow (a challenge with two special needs kids). The wine list was reasonable both by glass and by bottle - much more so than most upscale Italian places. I took the remainder of our pizza back to the hotel and then home with us after our event -- reheated a couple slices when we got home in the oven and it was still delicious. Overall a really pleasant experience. If we're back in town again in this area, we'd absolutely visit again.

Being new here in Wendell and single I don't cook a lot and have heard a lot about This place. I thought I would give it a try and glad I did. Not only is the food great the service is exceptional and the price can't be beat. Made to order, freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. I got the steak and cheese with fries and it was fabulous. Although it was a call in and carry out the lady at the counter was so friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone and this is definitely my new go to. Keep up the good work and food guys, you are definitely a winner in my book read more

For some reason we both ended up ordering spaghetti with meat sauce but when our meals arrived we both received spaghetti with meat balls. Instead of just replacing our meals, the server provided two bowls of meat sauce that we spooned over the tomato sauce. It was OK at best, but honestly I've had much worse. My spaghetti was too al dente for my taste, but it wasn't underdone enough to send back. Our meal came with a delicious garlic knot which had clearly come hot out of the oven. We split a "brownie delight" for dessert, which came out as a brownie on a plate along with a bowl of vanilla ice cream. If the brownie had been warm, it would have been very nice, but as served it was OK at best. Our server kept our drinks topped off, but between serving us the wrong meal, and then not replacing it, the service also gets an OK at best too. All in all, Venero's rates an OK at best. We won't be in a rush to return any time soon.
