This added a lot of unnecessary time and frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Clear communication and better customer consideration would have made a big difference. She finally came and then said oh go ahead and put your date of birth in, and she walks away. No one else is around. No apology, did not check my ID, no other acknowledgments.. I stopped coming to the pharmacy a long time ago, but the store is slow and unfriendly many times. There was a younger gentleman who used to work here. He was great. The lack of good workers here also is reflected with literally everything being locked up in the facial care section. You can't even re-labels anymore because you have to wait 15 minutes for somebody to come and open the door.

Also, have you ever just gone in to buy something from the regular checkout? Average times are around 6 minutes per customer checking out, usually because folks are trying to navigate using coupons. And same story, understaffed so rarely will someone come to work another register. This is what a publicly traded company does. They need to show maximum profits (no they don't care about you). Google cvs stock prices. They've almost doubled over the last year. They've struck deals with everyone so they're basically impossible to avoid. Ok, end rant.
