I don't know a SINGLE gas company that would have been honest about the mistake and promptly correct it for free. I'm genuinely so glad I switched to them and I hope they never sell to a big gas corp like all the other local gas companies have. She gave us a lead time for the pipe install. That day came and went, but no one called to say they would be late by over two months. We had to call them. Then we were told the stove & piping would come together and be installed together...again the pipe guy came out without the stove. He installed the pipe and it was over twice the cost we were told it might be ($2900 more), but he did do a great job. When we called about when the stove will arrive they didn't know and said they would call us back. Days came and went... Finally our sales lady called us back and said it might be in a few months. When we complained that no one let us know and why no one told us? she said other people are much more understanding and we were basically bad and not nice customers! Then she laughed at our house situation.. so the pipe guy must have told talked to her behind our backs! She cared little that we really needed the stove for heat and we are now at the end of December...SO If you don't care about Honesty, Integrity, or when your stove will arrive or how much it will really cost- then this place it for you. But if your interested in a sales team that really cares about you then I would go elsewhere. It's not about the break in the supply chain...it's about a break in the sales team that should be communicating with their customers.
