After waiting a little bit, I pulled my perfume bottle out and sadly they didn't have my perfume refill available to refill my bottle but they did give me a sample of another perfume to try out. The few employees I interacted with were all very polite and more welcoming than the ones from the LV stores in Paris. I'll have to go back again another day for my refill but not anytime soon since driving more than an hour hurts my hip and back.

He stayed in touch with me prior to my appointment to ensure that my appointment would be flawless. At my appointment he was very personable. I quite enjoyed our time together. We set up schedules for several future appointments, that is how much I enjoyed his service. I cannot say enough great things about Michael. I will be back again, again, and again. It is very easy to order online, but shopping with Michael as my SA is the experience I expect from the LV brand. Thank you again and again Michael!!! I have shopped at this location previously, and past reviews good and not so, in my opinion, are warranted, but on my 4/22/26 visit there seemed to be a complete "overhaul". He was warm, kind, thoughtful, and immediately made us feel welcome, even with our two young boys in tow. He offered the boys juice boxes and us champagne and arrived with a beautiful silver tray that included chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Our daughter was there to exchange a ring purchased online for another size. Throughout the entire process, Chris remained thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely pleasant while he gave her new paperwork of authenticity. He never made us feel rushed and ensured we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She found the perfect size, and it fit her beautifully. We left feeling incredibly grateful for Chris's kindness, patience, and professionalism.
