Even just making a phone call was so stressful because their call system sends to other cities every time and never to Fort Worth- such a time waste. We were assigned a new rep. She was very nice to work with in person, but again nailing her down was difficult. Emails would go unanswered for so long for simple questions on getting things ordered. We ordered our kitchen sink, faucets, and some hardware with them. I wanted to also order all cabinetry hardware with them, but when its SO hard to get an appt or email back I decided we couldn't give them anymore business. Chip at Pierce Hardware is amazing if you're looking for top notch customer service and someone who knows the trade well! Today we got a letter in the mail from a 3rd party saying that we/our contractor had not paid our bill with Ferguson from back in April and we were over due. Such a nightmare, it was all paid at time of purchase. Their system is a mess and causes such unnecessary stress. Just avoid them!

When I complained that I paid an extra fee to have them expedited, I was told, "They were expedited." Apparently you have to specify that you want them expedited to you and not just in general. Turns out I needed more knobs, so I ordered more. After 2 days, with no return calls, I was told the knobs were in. I asked why I was not called and was told, "Your sales person is out all week." Great system. You pay a lot for their products and the service is poor. Bad combination.
