2.5 stars. I booked this place through class pass. I had an appointment at 4:30Pm and when I got there there was a lot of walk ins waiting. What I noticed is you are not immediately asked to check in if you're a walk in or appoint which had caused me to wait. I assumed everyone in front of my had an appointment and I was just waiting for my turn since she didn't ask me if I was a walk in or appointment base. Which caused me to wait until 5pm for me to get my eye brows threaded. Since she had done all the people that had walked in before me. Threading is quick so I didn't mind but as advice for next time or anyone who schedule an appointment here I would let the person working there know you have an appointment so you're not left waiting for all the people who walked in to be done. Since she will prioritize people who made appointments ahead of time. As for my eyebrows it came out decent but I noticed she had accidentally threaded a part of my eyebrows and I had a patchy spot. I didn't notice until I got into my car. Wasn't too pleased with that but from far away it's not that noticeable so it's alright. Otherwise this place is quick and efficient. read more

I am so glad I found this place! This woman is a saint! There was a line of 5 girls in front of me and it was worth the wait. I had never been there before so I was totally okay watching 5 girls go ahead of me to see how they turned out, and oh my I am impressed. She was quick but thorough and all the other girls eyebrows looked great! I didn't even really tell her what I wanted and I just said to "clean them up a little" and she did amazing and kept a natural shape and thickness I am used too. And I have to add 6 out 6 happy costumers is impressive! What a gem of a place, I'll be back :) read more

love this place my favorite place in Boston for sure. But def be prepared to wait a good 30-hour. And they don't have a check in system so you have to actually sit and wait which is not the best. They do have a punch card reward system !!! Loves it. read more

I probably would've given this review zero to one star if it wasn't for my previous experiences. For the second time in a row, the lady doing my eyebrows threaded it so thin. I specifically told her I like my eyebrows thick and that it's microbladed. She threaded it to the point where you can see my microbladed lines at the bottom of my eyebrows. It seemed like she was trying to clean / thread away the microbladed lines too. This happened the last time I came here too but I gave it another try since I've never had this issue before. I've been going here for about a year or so and was pretty satisfied with the threading however, it seems like this new lady either doesn't understand English or does not care how I want my eyebrows. I'm very disappointed and frankly, I'm pretty pissed off my eyebrows are so thin. I came in with bushy eyebrows and came out with a line. read more

I had the worst experience at this location, which is very disappointing because the location on Newbury is known for their excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship. I expressed extreme discontent with my eyebrows because they were too thin (after showing a picture) and uneven and was not offered a refund or credit or e UNTIL I had left and then called back and requested to speak to a manager. This should have been handled before I left the shop. I should have not been made to walk out having received a poor quality of service. While they did offer me a refund AFTER the fact, the customer service was still poor. It might be better to make the trek to Newbury than to go this location right on my campus. read more

This is the worst threading experience I have ever had. Not only did she leave them too short on each side, but she also left them completely thinned. When I expressed my discontent with the first one, she basically said it was my fault for not showing her a photo. Two years of being careful with my eyebrows and growing them out have been completely reversed. read more

Horrible experience I sit on the chair and ask to just clean it up and this lady legit proceeds to remove half of my eyebrows they were sooooooooo thin I almost cried!!!! I had gorgeous shape full eyebrows before she touched them. I'm furious and they charged me $18 without the tip wtf!!! read more

I've never done threading before. But my sister recommended it because waxing is supposed to be bad for your skin (causes damage and wrinkles faster). Ranju was great! She talked about my natural eyebrow structure and the plan going forward to shape them. It's the same pain as plucking my eyebrows but it turns out better because a professional is doing it.
