Hi Yelp community! Here are the facts. We had an awesome experience using Crawfurd CO. We highly recomend this company!!! Almost 4 years ago we had the first roof completely replaced by this company. The job was done on a fourplex the company I manage owns in Sunnyside (North Denver). The job was done on schedule, adjustments for change orders were managed with courtesy and fairness (I didn't like the color of the composite I originally chose and I had to stop the job and change the material). Nonetheless my interruption of the process the job was finished on time. Removal of debris was fast and the place remained as if no workers were there the day before. 4 years later the roof looks as the first day. The main thing aside from the great quality of the job, is how good Alex Crawfurd is at dealing with the insurance company. She managed the dealing with the claim the way I could have never been able to do it myself. Since then I had used Crawfurd Co to redo the roof on my daughter's house after the famous hail storm of summer 2017 and a year later I recommended their services to a dear friend in Louisville that had to replace the roof at his house, all with the same good outcomes. When we found out our roof was leaking while living in Alaska, we called Alex! She went to go check the roof quickly and told us all of our options in easy to understand terminology. We decided to get the entire roof replaced. She sent her crew over and got the job done within the next week. We felt comfortable with her doing the work without us coming back to town to oversee it being done. She sent constant updates and pictures showing us how the work was coming along.
