Horrible service. I came in with my family to get some doughnuts and drinks. The service was horrible. Since we walked in it was just attitude from her. The lady I didn't get her name but she was alone. Bigger lady with glasses and a jump suit was very rude with a horrible attitude. I did mention to her as she walked away that she had a bad attitude and her response was if you don't like it don't come. Well with service like that I won't. Maybe she can buy and eat all your doughnuts be herself once everyone stops going because of her.

My manager brought Bosa Donuts into work today. I've heard locals say Bosa Donuts are the best and I'm confidently joining the band wagon because this was one of the best apple fritters I've had in my life. Had so many pieces of apple, it was so crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. This time I only tried one but I can't wait to walk in next and try some more variety.

The technology and paintings on the wall were so advanced something out of the matrix I didn't know whether to take the red or blue pill (bacon or sausage ) so I took both and god it didn't let me down The customer service was heaven sent friendly and enjoyable but the food.. the food was delicious whoever made that sandwich crafted it with love and affection they took there time like reading a Harry Potter book the chief made love to that meal and I felt it when I ate it will come back again over all 8/10 always room for improvement (;

Best donut shop in Arizona!! Vera and Nemo's customer service is what makes this place stand out so much ! The people are so friendly and make delicious breakfast sandwiches. I came in for a breakfast sandwich this time, my first one ever from Bosa, and it did not disappoint. It was made fast, super tasty, and under six bucks, which is honestly hard to find these days. My usual go-to is always the glazed twist, nobody else in the Valley does them like Bosa. The glaze, the texture, just perfection every time. Thank you Bosa, I'll definitely be back soon to try one of the lunch sandwiches next. read more

I usually like Bosa Donuts. This review does not reflect the food, merely the service that I received. Ordered a Thai Tea smoothie. I received a Thai Tea on ice. I told the lady at the register, and she said that I did not order it blended. Aren't smoothies supposed to be blended? I'm sorry that I didn't leave a favorable review, and normally I don't have any issues at Bosa. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. So many beautiful donuts and pastries to choose from, with friendly staff who are happy to answer questions. Tons of drink options too, with so many different boba and jellies to choose from. The restaurant was exceptionally clean too. I know there are a lot of great donuts in the area, but if you want it perfect and consistent every time- BoSa is the way to go. read more

I came in to grab a quick pick me up after working late tonight and when I came a short lady with glasses was looking at me odd like I was intruding and asked how she could help me I asked politely for a minute and she said that they close in four. I had apologized as I didn't know and she said that the light was off, I didn't see no lights which is my bad I could just see the inside lights on and the door was unlocked. She proceeded to tell me well the other door was locked, I didn't know as I didn't go through that door. We were very annoyed at this point as just got a dozen of donut holes nothing difficult she ripped the bag and the donuts were definitely old and some even unglazed just pure bread. I understand we came in late it wasn't my intention and was looking for a quick bite but was greeted with a very rude attitude and even worse donuts. read more

You pay for what get- great food! I wouldn't call this your first choice of you only want a dozen assorted in a box for $12. Maybe they can do this but I wanted their croissants, muffins, and apple fritters. Delicious!! read more

Hands down the best BoSa location I have been to - the interiors are very clean and new. It doesn't feel like a chain donut shop at all - great vibe. Plenty of seating to get work done on the laptop as well. Their iced coffee was freshly brewed and I really enjoyed my usual favorite - the white frosted cake donut! The spotlight turns to the staff Nilmo, who knows how to elevate the service and make guests become repeat ones. The pistachio icing on the donut was spot on. The location is spotless and suitable for hanging out and studying since it is close to Tempe's ASU Main Campus. read more

The cream fillings in the pastries were fluffy and light. I wish the strawberry choux bun had a stronger strawberry flavor as it really tasted like just cream as well as the pistachio pastry. I'll have to try a mini pie and other goods next time I'm around!

I didn't realize that actually opened in the West Coast first before making their way to the East Coast and rapidly expanding their chain. I know them for their cakes being light, airy and beautifully decorated. Most especially for the season or holiday. I recently tried their strawberry soft cake and it really retained the strawberry flavor. The texture was soft and most certainly airy while not being overly sweet. It made a great pair with coffee. Delicious! All items can be retrieved from the shelves and brought to the counter to check out with courteous staff.

Great place to hang out at with your friends! I came here with my friends a few days ago and honestly, we think we will come back here more often. We saw that there was a hot pot next door so we wanted to try but our experience at the hot pot was not up to par. The atmosphere in the donut shop compared to the hot pot were astronomical. I don't even know how they are doing well if they run under the same management. I don't see the same management there, so I'm assuming it's not so. The poor servers look young on the hot pot side, our server were being so nice to us and he made our experience better at the hot pot side but, management treats the employees like that? Definitely not going back to the hot pot side. I'd rather have the best donuts in AZ than a person screaming while I'm trying to enjoy my food. There's everything in the donut shop, from donuts, to milk tea, to iced tea, to sandwiches, it's like a dream there. read more
