I hired Ultra Safe in 2022 to control my termites and carpenter ants. We entered into an agreement…read morethat they would install termite bait traps and spray for the ants. The cost was in the neighborhood of $1400. They installed the traps and sprayed. The spray did not eliminate the ants and the bait traps did not control the termites. After a year, they automatically enrolled my in a "monitoring program" for $395 annually. Being unaware that my one year of service had lapsed, they sent out a technician to monitor. Because of this I was billed. I refuse to pay the bill because they did not control the termites or the ants during our agreement. They just sent me another bill in 2025 for not paying the 2023 bill. They may be good at strong-arm billing but they are ineffective at controlling ants and termites.
