THE GOOD ---------------- + LOTS of booth seating. + Decent selection of food (sushi, clams, mussels, steak, prime rib carving station, vegetables, pastas, fried rice, noodles, pastries, gelato, etc.) to choose from. + Nothing really jumped out, but the food quality was decent and nothing was absolutely terrible or horrific. + Kids under 3 eat for free! THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Definitely have seen larger buffets with a much larger variety. - Sushi seemed a bit suspect with the way it looked and there wasn't a whole lot of monitoring of customers just dumpling the tongs into the food pit. - Restrooms are only outside of the buffet. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = During prime dining times, there might seem like there is a bit of a wait, but it's mostly just employees waiting to seat incoming customers even though there seems to be PLENTY of space inside.

Coming here on a Monday for a brunch buffet which was really awesome because it's only $24.99 per person and I think that is a steal. . I really like their omelette station and I enjoyed making a egg white with vegetarian and it was really healthy and I do love how I didn't add any cheese. Some of the veggies that it contains is spinach mushrooms onions bell pepper and I did use egg white. The lady was very impressive making six omelets at a time and she was taking everyone's order correctly and everyone was patiently waiting. . I also enjoy the soup selection they had a mushroom of cream and they also had a chicken noodle soup and they were both delicious and comforting for a cold day. . They also have your breakfast items like smoked salmon and they have french toast and pancakes as well as your breakfast potatoes crispy bacon and sausage and eggs. . They also have a Carving Station where they have flank steak and even ham. . They also had a fruit bar with lots of fruits and they have fresh strawberries to watermelon and melons and bananas too. I also like how they have cereal too. They also got your grits Cream of Wheat and oatmeal too. . Overall this Buffet is one of my new favorite ones in Atlantic City and I can't wait to come back when I come visit. This hotel is very fancy and I do like the layout is very festive and it's already November 2025 and it's already decorated as Christmas. If you're looking for a brunch buffet on a Monday this spot is the one to go to for a 24.99. Thanks for reading and have a yelp-tastic day.

    - Decent variety, but food isn't as good as I remembered from years ago - Options include basic sushi rolls, mussel/clam (gritty) pots, BBQ ribs, carving station prime rib, fried chicken, pastas, and Asian-inspired fast food (lo mein, fried rice, spring rolls); vegetables and other sides were fine, but nothing stood out - Service was fast and efficient; plates were cleared promptly, and extra napkins/wet naps were provided as needed - Good for families with young children--kids UNDER 3 eat free, and kids from 3 up (not sure what's the cut off age) are 1/2 off - Huge dining area with plenty of seating; comfortable atmosphere; tables spaced well apart; surprisingly low noise for such a big space - No wait around 5:50pm on a Friday, but the line grew quickly after we were seated - No restrooms inside the buffet, so you'll need to exit and use the casino floor restrooms, then re-enter through the exit

We came for brunch on a Friday at 10AM. It wasn't very crowded but became crowded as the morning went on. We were led to a booth and we immediately headed to the buffet. The food area was kept clean and there were many food choices. There was a fresh fruit area. They had shrimp cocktail. They had an omelette station where there was always a long line. There was a carving station for flank steak and glazed ham. There was the usual breakfast food like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat, bagels (bagels had cream cheese, lox, capers, tomatoes that you can build yourself). There were also usual lunch food like baked salmon, pork chops, fried rice. They also had a dessert station that included gelato. For $25 it's not a bad deal for all that food. Is the quality the best? It's hit and miss for some of the food. The smoked salmon eggs benedict was dried out. They also had baked salmon was nice and moist. The flank steak was surprisingly good. The shrimp cocktail was bland. The gelato was good. A waitress is on hand to remove your plates and to get you drinks.

Not the most appetizing picture, but the Sunday brunch buffet was so good! Generous portions of prime rib, fantastic cocktail shrimp, chorizo hash, among so many other options. Pastries, salads, soups, nachos, sandwiches, ham, Chinese, anything you could want was on the buffet. Our server was ON TOP of her game. Made sure I had hot, fresh coffee all morning long. The only downfall was that we both had stomach surgery, but my husband's was very recent so he can only eat 4-8oz of food and they made him pay full price rather than the child price.

Came for dinner and wasn't impressed. The seating area was huge, waiters were friendly and attentive and removed used plates quickly. There wasn't any overcrowding and the food was always stocked which doesnt always happen at a buffet. The food selection honestly wasn't much and what they did have wasn't special. There were only three selections for sushi rolls and you can tell from the rice they werent made fresh and had been refrigerated for a while. One carving station for prime rib. The grilled steaks were so dry and tough. Even their bread was stale and felt like a rock. Our favorite item was the sweet potato casserole. Pretty much what you would expect from a casino buffet.

We've been known to periodically splurge on dinner. (Check out "Lazy Betty" or "Bacchanalia" if you're in Atlanta.) I resent paying inflated prices for food that's likely mediocre. But why stew over something you have no control over when choices are limited? Weighing our options, we decided upon the buffet at the Borgata. We read that the mussels are good, which swayed our decision. $90 for the two of us -- not worth it -- but okay. As the fellow on line ahead of us said, "you're bound to find something you like." And he's right. Mussels in spicy red sauce aren't bad. The steamed clams, not so much. I tried a little-of-this and a little-of-that. Nothing knocked my socks off. T was impressed with his prime rib. I tasted his chicken. How could it look so crisp, but taste mushy? Desserts are another story. Pretty good! They have a brownie tart that I topped with vanilla gelato. T's favorite was bread pudding. Four stars is generous, but not the worst meal I've had. What I DID like -- which had nothing to do with dinner -- is the non-smoking section in Borgata's casino. We quickly blew $20 and headed back to our hotel.

Borgata Buffet is located inside the Borgata Hotel & Resort between The Metropolitan and The Music Box. The buffet specializes in pasta, comfort foods, fresh seafood, Asian cuisines, carving stations, and desserts. Everything on the buffet is enjoyable, but I come here for the seafood. They have shrimp, steamed clams w/ drawn butter, mussels, salmon, and red snapper. They also have a daily fish and sushi selection. These items vary daily. The dinner buffet buffet costs $42.99. Food - 8.2 Service - 8.2 Value - 8.4 Restaurant score - 83

Cold food or barely warm, shrimp soggy, mashed patatoe gravy terrible and pastries were dry to not fresh. Not worth $44.99, ripp off!

We Came to brunch here and the options were endless. If your a gold card member the buffet is 12.50, sapphire is regular price. I'm a sapphire as I'm starting to use my perks and come here more often. A nice lady who was a gold card member decided to treat me to brunch and I only had to pay for my dad.. what a blessing I'm grateful there's still good people in the world. Regular price for brunch is 31.99 she saved me a few bucks I only snapped a few photos but there is so much more here. I also got the fresh made veggie omelet. There's Also a dessert section, fresh meat carving, pizza, Asian food, fruit, shrimp bar etc!

A little bit Disappointed. While their selection is outstanding, so much food, much of it was bland. Highlights were the fresh carving station, the clams, and shrimp. I was sad about the fried chicken. Definitely need to add gravy or hot sauce. Desserts were good and plenty of choices as well. Soups were ok. Service is outstanding and you can definitely get your money worth by eating as much as you want.

Casino buffets are infamous so we had to try one out in Atlantic City. Unfortunately Borgata Buffet did not reach our expectations. The rest of Borgata is great but the food was pretty mid. The good thing was that there was absolutely no line to the place. In the beginning, the food seemed to be pretty good, but one plate in and you'll realize that nothing there was made well or made you want to get a second serving. I did appreciate the variety they had though. Usually I would really want to eat a lot of things at the buffet but I was incredibly okay leaving without feeling full. What I would recommend: - Boiled clams were okay although some were not cooked all the way. - Plantains were also okay. What I would not recommend: - Chocolate ice cream was pretty artificial tasting. - The prime rib was tough, not tender, and lukewarm. - The king salmon was pretty dry and the way they cut it for you disseminated all the juices that could be on there. I think if there was even a little bit more vegetables here I would be happier, or even some fruit. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back again.

    Sweets after our meal.

I have no issues with standing but I noticed there were quite a few senior citizens who were also taking the long wait. There were plenty of tables free inside too, they really need to figure out a way to get people seated a lot quicker. Thankfully, everything after that went really well. I was very impressed with the food. There was a good variety of dishes and all of them being very high quality. There are carving stations that had prime rib, brisket, turkey, and pork loin. The carving stations were my favorite foods. They carving stations had some nice sauce to go with the meats too like au jus, gravy, and horse radish. Other good dishes were the cheesesteak eggrolls and dim sum. Even the burgers were pretty good. There was a whole station with fixings you could put on a burger like cheeses, lettuce, tomato, ketchup etc. I definitely made sure to save room for dessert because there were plenty of good choices. My favorite being the crepe station. There are freshly made crepes that you can top with raspberry sauce, chocolate, and whipped cream. There were also eclairs, fruit tarts, bread pudding, and chocolate mousse. There was even a soft serve ice cream machine with four different flavors! It was vanilla, chocolate, mint, and egg nog on my visit. I got full before I got a chance to try everything I wanted. However, everyone was delicious and exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend visiting this buffet if you're in the area. Be patient and prepared to stand in line for a long time. But then be hungry and save a whole plates room for dessert.

They have a decent selection, but nothing like a Vegas buffet - they didn't have any sushi! We sat by the back next to the server station so our waiter was quick in picking up dirty plates and checking in on us. They had different areas and selections so not everyone was crowded in one line and people moved quickly with little wait to get food even when the place was packed and a huge line outside. I love seafood so I got a plate of crab legs, raw oysters, and raw clams (never had these raw before and they were a bit too much seafoody to me), but otherwise they tasted pretty fresh. The prime rib area has a sauce station at the end with the aus jus I missed initially. I'd give the food a 3/5 for a buffet at a touristy area. But Hard Rock Casino is striking out with their staff being rude in front of kids again for me. One of my nephews apparently spilled some Mac & Cheese on the side on the buffet pan and when my younger nephew came to get some, I was passing by and asked if he needed help. The staff behind that had just wiped clean the mess rudely interrupted and said "yes he needs help!" Excuse me? So why didn't she offer the help then when he was standing there before I passed by? Meanwhile they had a server at the crab legs and I stood there for a bit as 2 staff were chatting in Spanish, so I went to grab the tongs that were facing them. Then she rudely grabbed it from me and proceeded to plop one on my plate that spilled my butter so I made a grunt cause this means I'm about to get my hands all buttery when cracking them later. She had a sarcastic tone and said "sorry" and after my grunt, she started chatting again with the other staff in Spanish - likely about me. And she started picking the smaller crab legs for me. I don't know what it is, but Hard Rock Casino must be overworking their employees and everyone seems disgruntled at the food spots and acting like we're in a food kitchen begging for food and at their mercy. We leave good tips and even with using comps, we earned that comp money. A casino should be treating those using comps as VIPs as that's their core business clients!

Wild Wild West Casino is basically an extension to Caesars. No other way to put it. No hotel portion, no big advertising to pull you in. It's just there. Hidden and underused...almost deserted. I ventured here via the connection to Caesars. It is an interesting walk to get here as you feel like you are entering an area guests shouldn't be allowed. You go to a corner, through some doors, down an escalator, through a themed walkway, and finally enter. Along the way you see signs on doors staying staff only, but you also see signs with arrows pointing you in a direction to continue. It was confusing and I was wondering if I was entering AC's version of the backrooms. The highlight of this area is the theming. They really went all out to make you feel like you were entering into the Old West. The corridor taking to the area is lined with what is supposed to be the buildings along a dirt road in the west. The casino floor itself carries on the theming and is included in the bar areas (I'm guessing on that one, I'll tell you why in a minute). It makes you wonder what this place looked like in its heyday. Because I can tell you it looked fun to be in...but. See here's the thing, it's like they just forgot about this area, left some of the power on, and the door unlocked. When I got to this area it was seriously dim. As one review from 2022 stated, most of the light in here comes from the doors that take you out to the boardwalk. There were absolutely no places that offered food or drink open, completely shuttered. That bar area where the theming continued, it looked like it was to be set up with tables and chairs and be partitioned off from the rest of the place, but you could walk right though the area. Restaurants from well known celebrity chefs were locked up tight. The entrance to the show as well. I felt like I could have done one of the urban explorer videos in here because there was no one else in this space. I did a real quick once around of the floor to make sure I wasn't seeing things and there was absolutely no one in here playing the slots. No table games that I saw either. I believe there were games in here much like you would find at an adult arcade as well. After a bit, I started to get that creepy feeling and I made my way to the boardwalk doors. This was the only time I saw people. This is a convenient shortcut to get to Caesars if you are on the boardwalk. Also a great way to avoid weather. Sad, feels like this could be a great place to visit.

This is my birthday weekend, so I came alone for a little R&R and self-care. I did not expect to be treated as horribly as I was! I arrived about 3:30 and went to the kiosk for express check-in, only to realize I had left my wallet in my car. I went over to the bell hop desk, where I was nicely greeted by Mario, to ask if I could leave my belongings there while I went to retrieve my wallet. Mario explained to me that he could hold my things, but had to grab a cart for them and give me a ticket as standard protocol. While I waited for him to return, the most RUDE, NASTY, ARROGANT, IMPOLITE, IGNORANT male comes to me yelling, "MA'AM YOU CAN'T LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE!" I told him to calm down and stop talking to me like that! I then tried explaining the situation to him, and what Mario told me, but before I could finish, he cut me off and yells... "Well he's new! That's why he told you to leave your stuff here! I'M THE BELL CAPTAIN! HE SHOULD'VE CAME AND GOT ME! YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE, YOU NEED A TICKET!" I asked him why he was yelling! There was no need for that, especially if I'm not speaking to him that way! He replies while flailing his arms around, "OH HERE WE GO! HERRRRRE WE GO!" I tried again to explain that Mario had already told me that, but Mr. "Bell Captain" who I later found out name is Saleem, was so bent on letting me know his position that he couldn't even hear what I was saying. Mario then comes back with the cart, and he proceeds to yell at Mario! "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN! WHO AM I??? WHO AM I ??" Mario and another Bellman quietly says, "Bell Captain." He then says, "YEAH SO THAT'S WHY Y'ALL CHECK WITH ME FIRST!" I stepped in and told him that if he's a real leader, he doesn't have to blast who he is, (not to mention it was on his name tag) and he should not be embarrassing his employees publicly. He could have talked to him in the back and let him know what he did wrong. I didn't need to see that! I also told him, I'm not sure if he's having a bad day, but there was no reason for him to behave this way! He starts yelling...again...."I'M GREAT! ALL MY BILLS ARE PAID! I GOT MONEY IN THE BANK! I'M GOOD!" I don't understand what that had to do with anything but whatever. He then went back to yelling about him being the Bell Captain and what the protocol was for me leaving my stuff there. CLEARLY he missed that Mario did the right thing from the beginning! Mr. Bell Captain just felt the need to power trip in that moment for whatever reason. I told him he needed to listen and not interrupt when someone is speaking because he would have known that it was handled correctly! He put his hand up and says, I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU!" I looked at Mario, thanked him for helping me and told him he did nothing wrong. This situation made me so angry that I burst into tears! To add insult to injury, after all the drama, I was waiting for over an hour to get my belongings because SOMEONE put the incorrect room number in the system. I found that out because I had to go back down to the lobby to see what was going on with my things. I was late for my dinner reservation, and my night was pretty much ruined. I couldn't fully enjoy my dinner the way I'd hoped to. I actually cried while at the restaurant because I was still so frustrated with how everything had gone. Not only did I come here to rest and relax, I came her to try and release some of my grief from the loss of my Baby Brother. Hopefully my spa experience will be much better. Shout out to "T" whom I believe was the Operations Manager. He helped me calm down and agreed to address Saleem and the issue. However, I wanted this situation to be documented. NOBODY should ever be able to get away with mistreating ANYONE no matter their position. I WILL be pursuing this further until I'm satisfied with the outcome.

We arrived pretty late and the check-in line was long, but it moved quickly so that was a plus. First thing to note: the casino definitely smells like a full-on cigarette campaign, so just be prepared for that. Aside from that, there are tons of options for food, shopping, and of course plenty of ways to gamble. The staff was nice across the board, and the bartenders were especially friendly and made us some great drinks. We stayed one night and the room was huge, easily enough space for four people in a standard room. The bathroom was really nice, and there's a mini fridge in the room which is always convenient. Parking is not complimentary, so keep that in mind. The pool was closed (not sure why), which was a little disappointing. But overall, it's a nice casino, reasonably priced for a quick trip, and I'd definitely visit again. Bonus points for being both dog-friendly and kid-friendly.

This entire complex is a maze. We were trying to find a restaurant and had to ask 3 different people. Ended up having to go to one elevator to get to the 5th floor of another tower then to another elevator in a completely different tower to go down to that lobby and then through several hallways. You will get lost. Check in gets 10 stars! Super convenient and quick. You aren't waiting. Service was great. We were put in the Salona Tower. There's 2 elevators. That's it. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to get on the elevator to go up to our room. Seems like there's a bank of 4 but only 2 are working. This was super inconvenient. Room itself was good. Spacious and all the things you need. Seems as if it has been updated. There's a huge bathroom with a tub, one sink and toilet. The bed was comfy and a king. There's a TV, chair, and small table. I think there was a fridge but not sure as we didn't use. There was an ironing board as well. Safe too. Overall good accommodations. Nothing fancy. Just what you need.

The casino by AC standards is extremely well done with plenty of tables and slots to satiate even the most opinionated day tripper. Extra credit for a first class buffet. My room must have been renovated because it had enough outlets for charging. King size bed was decent. A friend who was in the North Tower said that her room was completely different and didn't have any outlets, and she was upset. The bad: I had to wait on line for 40 minutes to get a room. They need express kiosks. Everything reeks of cigarette smoke. While waiting for a room the smoke was so bad I had to go upstairs and change my clothes. Elevators took forever, especially during busy times. Checkout is too early. The rooms for the conference were good, but they put some of the events away from the conference center area and we had to hike pretty far to get to Sound Waves for the luncheon and later on for a business meeting. By the end of each day I had logged close to 20k steps. We asked for directions to the hallway that connects Hard Rock to Resorts and the security guard that we asked had no idea. That was rather strange. Hard Rock is in a decent location on the Boardwalk, but I am not really impressed.
