After Mr Kell received a deposit of $750.00, he decided to go on vacation for a week. I thought it was unprofessional, but decide to proceed. Different clients and even myself had trouble navigating around the finished website. I called a couple of times but never received the help I needed. Basically I had a website that was unusable. September of 2023 I contacted Mr Kell once more to add and make some changes to the Website. He gave me a quote for $2000.00. His reasoning was that he had under charged me initially. $1450.00 for Website, 5 months at $99 a month of hosting which was paid to Mr Kell, and now another $2000.00! OK, time to move on. Sure enough, they replied instantly, within 90 seconds. I politely stated I don't know how they got my info, that they have the wrong person, and I'd like to please be taken off their marketing (spam) list to my home. No reply. So I waited 10min, and asked politely again that they confirm. No reply. If there's a commission in it for them, appears as if they'll give you the poor service their Yelp reviews indicate. If not, they behave even worse -- can't be bothered to muster a 10 second reply nor any confirmation they'll stop spamming you, even when you've never done business with them to begin with. So unprofessional, and so transparent -- be better than this, please.
