I wanna give a very special shout-out to Devo Mireles (Baseball/Softball Manager - 117898). Our daughters both just started competitive travel ball/club teams as opposed to just rec fastpitch softball. We went in looking for a bat that we could afford and that would be durable, and the perfect fit for each of our girl's swing styles. He introduced us to all the bats in stock and let us know that they do have a demo bat program to help with our budget for all the other gear we need! Competive level softball gear adds up quick! Devo took his time and made my girls feel confident in each bat they selected in a doable budget for us. Based on my description of needs, he helped me pick out two handfuls of bats for each girl to go try in the batting cage. He was so patient, and kind! He didn't just sell us bats, he gave my girls very valuable feedback on their batting stances, aim, and body mechanics while swinging. Because of Devo the girls were not nervous to keep trying the bats and didn't get bored with the process. He helped them each find different bats in the perfect sizes and weights for each of them! They also left with some free pointers that will be very helpful this season and educated us parent's, as well. Thank you Devo, you're the man to lead that department for sure.! But this afternoon I arrived at Whiteside's at 3pm (on a Saturday!) and they repaired the heels on my dress shoes, lickety-split, while I waited. My shoes look brand new. My boyfriend and I were at this store on Saturday 11/30 because another store said we should come here to try on a boot in a certain width. When we got there we loved the boot but the width and size wasn't something they had in the store. So if we did want it, it would need to be ordered which is understandable. But the Manager Joe kept pressuring us to buy from there and we were adamant that we wanted to buy it from the initial recommending sales person and store, since that is normally who we work with. Joe then got more upset and said "why are you even here?". I understand there may be commission or sales numbers for the stores but to be THAT rude....is NO WAY ok. At the register, they rang up at $64.99. I went back and got the sign from where the boots were and said "they are $59.99". A lady was working in the section beside where I was looking she had a careful of clothing to hang. As I was looking at some pants she shoved the pants where I was at all the way to and smashed my hand on there. It was so rude. She didn't even say excuse me or anything she just shoved them. So I just ended up leaving. She could have easily kept working where she was but decided that she needed me out of the way first so I left and gave her all the room she needed.

I can only describe it as Anthropologie-lite (sorry Yvonne C!) - I walked out of there with a sweet winter wool coat for $37 on sale. Seriously? I could have bought 5 for the price of my last big coat investment. Granted, it probably won't last me as long, but it's just what I was looking for. This particular location is not super large - they are a family owned chain of about 100+ stores - but features fashionable, reasonably priced clothes (Meghan got 2 great dresses for $60), lots of jewelry and handbags, picture frames, and some odds and ends gifty items. Really, I love it. Right now they are having a 30% sale on almost everything in the store. That makes me happy.

Their adorable dresses range from $30-50 and are pretty unique designs. I found one that I've grown very fond of and found it a steal at $20 but when I was rung up it was an additional 50% off... I ended up getting more items. I told the girls (who were absolutely wonderful) working there that I was from CA and she told me that Francesca's is actually based there. But mainly in SoCal. Darn.. but at least I don't have to fly all the way out to the Ft. Collins area to see this place again.

Kept getting different answers. If you try to give feed back on their app if puts you in a loop so you can never leave feed back. I know they have done this on purpose so you can not leave negative feed back. Post on yelp or Google so your feed back actually counts. I will definitely limit my shopping at Kohls as I know many people have already done. Very poor excuse for a business1!!
