Service at the shop was fantastic and we did indeed find me a dress here. I am a women in her 50's looking to find a wedding dress on a pretty short timeline and I did not know that the way you go about finding and purchasing a dress has changed considerably since 2001. We arrived at the store as it opened and upon entry I was looked up and down, and very rudely asked if I had an appointment (my bad, didn't really know you needed one, but I sure do now) I am sorry i didn't know the rules, but if I had been met with the least bit of customer service explaining how this dress shopping works, I would have understood and come back with an appointment. However, the tone and rudeness of the associate was so irritating I will never go back. I obviously am not the 20 something bride they are acustomed to, but what I am is a women in her 50's that won't tolerate rudeness. The dresses that I did see from the front desk did look beautiful and I sure wish I could have tried some on. Oh well, I took my middle aged self somewhere else where I was valued as a customer and found the perfect dress.

There was a lot of choices in clearance. Unfortunately we found most of the choices to be rather ugly...... Also no pants for people who are not standard sizes. I love mainly because I can get department store stuff but also go . The store offered to sell me a $50 plastic cap to cover the tear, or a tube of glue to stick the torn part back on. No thanks -- it would just be sunk costs. Said I'd get a discount if I put down some information, and I had to stop him once he got to my SSN. Second time: Some lady yelled at me cause I went into an (open) area that was near a construction zone. Was super unfriendly and when I said I was looking for a bathroom she answered with tons of attitude saying there's no bathrooms open. I cannot recommend shopping here. It's poor service and you'd be better off just finding their stuff for cheaper on Amazon.
