I have had a virtual nightmare scenario when I first got my phone four months ago and I am now on my third phone and possibly a fourth! I had spoke to over 7 different techs on the phone and dealt with staff in multiple offices in Washington and Oregon. Fortunately for me I was able to find Cory and he helped get things done for me! I want to take the time to thank Cory Beck for always being professional and going the extra mile for me. Being in the phone store is never a pleasant experience but Cory not only knows his stuff, he also is able to trouble shoot things and knows ways to get things done the proper way. Today he was helping back someone up so he saw I was waiting a long time and decided to see if he could multitask and help me. We figured out that I needed to go to the Apple Store and have them do some extra stuff. So that's where I am now. At least I knew I needed to get out of there and head on over to Apple. This store is good but sometimes the music is a bit too loud for me. It was next to impossible to even hear what was being said sometimes. It looks like that has changed now. I was greeted by a very polite young man who was smiling... That totally made me feel like not losing my cool and he put me at ease. He came over several times to check on me and let me know my place in the cue. I have had some horrible experiences with phone providers in places overseas that would make most of you shudder from the unchained crazy and habitual lies that would make your head spin. I never get that nonsense here. That is why I drive here over other Verizon Wireless locations. Thank you Cory for always helping fix things! The woman barely speaks English and one of the team members named Hume wasn't very friendly. He didn't want to help us as soon as we explained the reason why we was there. I asked him for the phone number to call T-Mobile and he sarcastically asked if I needed him to put the numbers in the phone to dial. In the end another team member helped us and gave the token codes and passwords to the account to the service representative that we spoke to on the phone, since we had been getting the run around for a few weeks now. Glad to say the account is closed and we won't be dealing with T-Mobile anymore. Terrible experience with that rep. And terrible service for T-Mobile in the west Seattle area. Wouldn't recommend!

I drove all the way from Olympia after another repair provider's troubleshooting left me without a functioning phone, cellular service, or access to my iCloud account. I arrived as a walk-in with no appointment available until the following week, and the Apple team still found a way to get me taken care of! Darrell was an absolute GEM! Knowledgeable, compassionate, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping me. He explained everything, gave me options, and had my battery replaced in about an hour and a half, completely covered by AppleCare. What really set him apart was that he didn't just fix the battery and send me on my way. He helped me develop a plan to restore my phone service and iCloud access, then coordinated with fellow manager Drew to ensure a seamless transition when I returned. And Drew? JUST AS AMAZING! He welcomed me back, already knew my situation, patiently answered every question, and walked me through restoring my phone until everything was working again. Both of these gentlemen have worked for Apple for years, and it shows! Their knowledge, passion, kindness, and pride in their company are remarkable. This wasn't just great customer service. My advice is if you want the best deal switch to the PrePaid plan for the $60 Ultimate service that's basically a flat fee. If you stick with the PostPaid plan it's like a credit card and there's way more fees and this service is taxed by the governement. The PrePaid plan is treated by the governement like just a pay as you go, so off the grid. The knowledgeable staff can help you completely setup everything, it takes a few minutes and would be a pain using agents on the phone so just come into this store instead. Hint: If you go to Apple store and buy an Apple watch, walk immediately to this AT&T store for the setup as it's treated like another phone line.

They ended up lying about promotions and things that would lower my bill but ultimately they added a line, home tech protection and cancelled my wife's grandfathered insurance mobile insurance. This took my bill way up from my original. The first month being over a hundred dollars more and then 50 or sodollars more each month after. I am still having to have att change things back and not sure they will honor the mobile insurance plan. They also said it came with free Apple AirPods and I would just have to pay taxes - yet I was signed up for an installment plan for the full price of the air pods. Scam artists.

I've been with this company before, gotten replacements since 2020 and I've never had such an apathetic and careless experience. The worker couldn't care less, had no manager to speak with and offered up nothing beyond an unconfirmed discount. Wasn't even given a work order for pickup and there was no check in steps taken prior to taking my phone, no confirmed condition. Although older, he was able to find the parts needed to fix & replace what had broke previously. He also was nice enough to not only replace my battery but seriously hook me up with a portable hard drive to extract the music from my iPod that wasn't showing up on my computer for whatever reason. I really thanked him for that, cause most of those songs are rare & hard to find. All of this was done in a timely manner, in it all taking about a week in total & costed me just under 200 but was well worth it!
