Virtually NO SERVICE. No service bars or 1 service bar. After 10 minutes attempting to download an email attachment I stopped the download. I also used text messaging using voice recognition. Slow to complete a sentence. Probably due to intermittent connection to undisclosed cell tower location. I tried to return phone less than 24 hours later and even after being told I have 7 day return my $97.00 is still in their toll. Apparently they have you sign a slip with extra small fine type and claimed NO refund was due. So I paid for a month, all the phone taxes and set up fees for NOTHING. In my opinion FRAUD, A and MISREPRESENTATION was committed. I will be contacting FCC, and SAC County D.A. YES Samall claims is possible too, but throwing good $ after bad. And regulatory agency and especially D.A. Probably will not do a fricken thing due to this fraud being of little importance. To whit I agree! So BEWARE! THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!
