So I eventually forgot about it until my sister suddenly realized that we never received any emails from Spectrum. So I called and was told that basically they had sent it, which was a lie. I didn't receive a return label from them at all. I was also told that I was responsible for paying the full amount for the phones and that they weren't responsible for this mistake. Even though it was CLEARLY their fault. So buyers beware.
