Once she had a good idea of our aesthetic, we were whisked from one end of the store to another to winnow down additional choices. Without this guidance from Lisa, we would have been quite overwhelmed. Plus, we would have wasted LOTS of time. Within 45 minutes, we had chosen our fixtures, picked out a sink and found a perfect replacement for our kitchen faucet. The final item hadn't even been part of our initial objective, but the shopping experience was so well guided that it seemed like the perfect time to check that long ignored task off. Ours was a relatively small order but Lisa treated it as though it was the most important part of her day. She followed up with email links to the products we had ordered and escorted us next door to find a countertop.
