Went to AT&T store on Rt 41 in Port Charlotte after going to a third party AT&T store on king's…read morehighway and finding out our bill wasn't matching up with what we were told, we were sent to the corporate store on 41. within 5 minutes an employee by the name of Chandace assisted us. She was very concerned over our situation and was extremely professional and helpful. She asked us to give her an opportunity to reach her manager and make it right. The next day she got back to us that we had been credited everything that was told to us that had been charged. We will be forever thankful for her and her dedication and caring of her customers. We have been using the AT&T on 41 for the last 20 years and only went to the new one on king's highway out of convenience but have found out that honorable and caring service is worth the drive. Can't say enough about Chandace and how absolutely awesome she is and grateful we are. She was turning a bad situation into a good one and is an asset to AT&T. We are glad she will be around for us in the near future.

I will never return to this location again. I showed up an emergency situation where I needed a…read morebrand new phone. The salesman was unfriendly. I asked him to transfer over all of my data because I am not good at things like this. The salesman told me that I had to transfer all of my data over by myself then proceeded to try to sell me the most expensive thing in the store. I decided to go with the regular iPhone 12 which I do love. But unfortunately, while I was trying to transfer all of my data there was an issue that had a rise, and my phone was down For six hours. I had returned to the store quite unhappy and the salesman was trying to make a joke out of it. I did not offer much of a solution other than just transferring of my data. I had made a comment about the fact that my phone did not come with a wall plug and maybe he could help me out with that either by giving me one for free or discounting it for the fact of all the trouble that I went through. He continued to laugh and said there was nothing he could do.I will never return to the store. If I could give them a negative rating they would get a -10 star rating because this place absolutely sucks in the employee was horrible. I asked to speak to a manager once again he had laughed and said there was not one in the building. I had asked when with there be a manager and he said he did not know I am extremely unhappy. Surprisingly to me, I have not even got a phone call back from corporate.

Turns out, all the reviews were truthful and spot on. Rayna the manager was FANTASTIC !!! Whatever eBay screen he's using to fix phones with will only give you problems! He throws the word "globally" and "worldwide" around in an attempt to make himself sound legit. My touch screen did not work OFF RIP when he gave it back, he reset my phone and told me it was "fine". Well then it started glitching when I got home and my battery drained FAST. He tried to tell me my battery had "nothing to do" with my screen... and he expected me to believe that?! I'm 23, I know how phones work. He "fixed" it again, still glitching Feb 5th then the screen broke with no effort over the weekend and he wouldn't repair it after that even though I have literal evidence (I added the picture) of it being broken before.
